Abstract

Waste management is one of the environmental problems often faced by marginalized communities. This activity is a research-based activity intended to increase awareness of community participation-based waste management in Arjosari Village, Tirtoyudo. The method used is PAR or participatory action research which seeks to strengthen the role and participation of the community in every line of the change movement. The waste management program in Arjosari Village is based on the inadequacy of waste management in the village. Not only that, there are many illegal waste dumps that can pollute the environment due to public awareness about the importance of protecting natural ecosystems. We have implemented programs to overcome this in several waste management projects, namely establishing a waste sorting system, producing compost and eco-enzyme products from organic waste. These projects involve the direct participation and role of the entire community.

Abstract

The significance of Al-Qur'an education can be explained about the importance of Al-Qur'an education in forming a quality young generation. The implementation of the Yanbua'a method of Al-Qur'an education is applied in formal and informal educational institutions so that it is possible to emphasize that education is something that is quite a principle in life. Apart from that, the younger generation is taught about the meaning and purpose of life through teaching the Koran. The Qur'an teaches that life has a greater purpose than simply achieving material goals. The Yanbu'a method was originally a method of reading and writing the Al-Qur'an which was compiled by the caretakers of the Central Java Tahfidz Yanbu'ul Qur'an Pondok, including KH. M. Ulin Nuha Arwani, KH. M. Manshur Maskan, and KH. M. Ulil Albab Arwani. One of the aims of developing this method is to harmonize existing methods for reading and writing the Koran, such as the Iqro' method, Qiro'ati method, Ummi method, Baghdady method, and others. The Yanbu'a method has the following characteristics: (a) Designed using Rasm Utsmany; (b) Consists of seven volumes; (c) Very easy to learn and understand; and (d) Easy for teachers and students. Examining the concepts built into the basis of the Yanbu'a method of Al-Qur'an learning, a knot can be drawn that: (1) The implementation of the Yanbu'a method of Al-Qur'an learning is carried out through a thorough planning flow. (2) Implementation of the Yanbu'a method of studying the Qur'an clearly achieves maximum results. Key words: Islamic education; learning methods; yanbu’a; implementation; Al-Qur’an

Abstract

A simple definition of “organization” that can be applied is: “An organization is a system of reciprocal influence among people in a group who work together to achieve certain goals.” The implementation of the organization will be concrete if there are aspects that are quite important for the organizational process, namely: (1) Organizational identity. (2) Organizational principles. (3) Formulation of goals. (4) Organizational culture. (5) Management levels. Identity is not just a name, but an organizational structure must be formed so that its management is clear. The principles of the organization have two roles, namely: (1) As a guideline in a healthy and efficient organization. (2) As a foundation in carrying out organizational activities. Meanwhile, the formulation of objectives can be explained as follows: (1) Specific. (2) Time-limited. (3) Measurable. (4) Challenging. (5) Achievable. In an organization there are also dynamics of the relationship between individual goals and organizational goals, namely: (1) Totally contradictory. (2) Partially contradictory. (3) Neutral. (4) Appropriate. (5) Exactly the same. In the context of organizational development, several functions of organizational culture: (1) Culture as a differentiator between one organization and another. (2) Culture as a shaper of organizational identity. (3) Culture as an organizational glue. (4) Culture as a control tool. In an organization there are three levels of management: (1) Top Management. (2) Middle Management. (3) First Line Management.
