Abstract

Effective marketing necessitates a profound understanding of consumer behavior, and the SOR Model (stimuli-organisms-response) stands out as a crucial theory in this domain. This model identifies three stages in the purchasing process: stimuli, organism (consumer's mind), and response. In this study, we explore consumer responses within various product categories, seeking to unveil patterns in decision-making processes. The experiment at Indomaret Sudiang Raya involved observing 146 randomly selected individuals, ensuring gender balance among respondents. The research encompassed three key sections: initial purchase goals and desires, observations of consumer behavior, and a survey on reasons for purchasing products. Our findings shed light on diverse consumer behaviors, encompassing immediate purchases, indecisiveness, analytical reviews, and non-stop behavior across different product categories. Certain product groups were less frequently purchased, suggesting dynamic shifts in consumer preferences over time. We delved into the cognitive and personal responses of Indomaret shoppers, revealing distinct patterns such as experiential behavior (purchasing known products) and analytical behavior (meticulously analyzing options before purchasing). The study identified nuances across product categories, providing valuable insights into the intricate landscape of consumer decision-making processes.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Rimuku, Kabupaten Mamuju. Melalui Pendekatan Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM), penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi penerapan teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan akses pasar bagi UMKM setempat. Metodologi Pengabdian mencakup survei dan analisis kebutuhan UMKM, implementasi strategi pemasaran digital, dan pengukuran dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis. Dengan fokus pada penguatan kehadiran online, optimalisasi media sosial, dan integrasi e-commerce, diharapkan strategi ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan dan daya saing UMKM di Kelurahan Rimuku. Hasil Pengabdian ini dapat menjadi pedoman bagi pengembangan strategi serupa di wilayah-wilayah sejenis, sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran yang dimainkan oleh mata kuliah bisnis digital dalam menggerakkan dan meningkatkan tingkat inovasi dalam expo kewirausahaan di Universitas Dipa Makassar. Studi ini akan mengeksplorasi bagaimana mata kuliah bisnis digital dapat berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan ide-ide inovatif dan proyek kewirausahaan mahasiswa dalam konteks universitas tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna untuk memperbaiki kurikulum pendidikan tinggi, meningkatkan pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, dan memperkaya pengalaman pendidikan di universitas.

Abstract

This study highlights the importance of parental involvement in the educational process of students, which is often hampered by social and economic disparities. The urgency of this study arises from the differences of opinion regarding the role of parents in education, which need to be explored to improve understanding and practice of collaboration between schools and parents. The purpose of the study was to analyze the background of parents and the cooperative relationship between schools and parents in improving education in high schools, especially in economic education. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The research population was all high school students in the city of Makassar, with a sample of 740 students taken randomly. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires designed to measure various indicators related to parental background, school cooperation, and parental involvement. Data analysis techniques using SPSS Version 29.0 assess the mean, percentage and interpret the data. The results showed a significant relationship between school and parental cooperation in improving student education. The findings revealed that the greater the school's appreciation for the arrival of parents, the higher the parental involvement in student education. The conclusion is that parental background has a significant effect on the quality of student education. The implications of the study direct schools to strengthen collaborative programs with parents and provide training that can support their involvement. Research suggestions, a comprehensive approach to gain a deeper perspective on parents' experiences in supporting students.
