Abstract

Knowledge about personal hygiene and reproductive health care during menstruation is crucial for adolescents. This is related to the comfort of adolescents during menstruation. This article discusses personal hygiene during menstruation, reproductive tract diseases during menstruation, nutrition for smooth menstruation, reproductive age during menstruation, signs of abnormal menstruation, HIV in menstruating women, and the relationship between menstruation and reproductive health in the elderly. The aim of this activity is to enhance the in-depth knowledge of adolescent girls in Batang Arau Village, South Padang District, Padang, on how to maintain reproductive organ hygiene during menstruation. The method used in this activity includes lectures and Q&A sessions with the target audience. Additionally, pretest and posttest questionnaires were administered to assess the impact of the educational material. The activities consisted of counseling sessions targeting adolescents in Batang Arau Village, South Padang District, Padang. The results of this activity, obtained from statistical tests using the gain score test, showed an increase in knowledge from pretest to posttest, indicating a shift from low to moderate levels. Based on the frequency distribution table of pretest and posttest questions, it can be concluded that there were 4 questions with high effectiveness, 6 questions with moderate effectiveness, and 3 questions with low effectiveness. The conclusion from the activity targeting adolescents is that it was able to increase their knowledge regarding personal hygiene during menstruation.

Abstract

Toko Sehati is a business in selling leather shoes and bags. The decline in Toko Sehati sales was caused by reducing buyer interest due to the addition of new suppliers, from A and B, to A, B, C, D, E. The study aims to determine the appropriate shoe and bag supplier using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) methods. This study used the criteria of time, price, service, flexibility, and quality. Based on the AHP method, it shows that the weight of the time criteria is 0.053, price 0.113, service 0.162, flexibility 0.209, and quality 0.462. Calculations using the AHP method indicates that the highest value at supplier C with a value of 0.454, supplier A with a value of 0.199, supplier B with a value of 0.192, supplier D with a value of 0.111, and supplier E with a value of 0.040. Meanwhile, the calculation using the MAUT method shows that the highest value for supplier C with a value of 0.916, supplier A with a value of 0.810, supplier B with a value of 0.662, supplier D with a value of 0.643, and supplier E with a value of 0. The recommended supplier order based on calculations using a combination of the AHP and MAUT methods is supplier C, A, B, D, E.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberlanjutan pendidikan tinggi melalui pemenuhan biaya UKT di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber akademik yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKT merupakan beban finansial yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa, terutama mereka yang berasal dari keluarga berpenghasilan rendah. Pemberian beasiswa, bantuan keuangan, dan kebijakan subsidi pemerintah terbukti efektif dalam meringankan beban UKT dan meningkatkan partisipasi pendidikan tinggi. Intervensi dari lembaga swasta juga memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan tinggi. Kesimpulannya, kebijakan yang tepat dan dukungan finansial yang memadai dapat memastikan bahwa pendidikan tinggi tetap terjangkau dan dapat diakses oleh semua lapisan masyarakat, mendukung pembangunan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di Indonesia.
