Abstract

Masa pandemi membuat beberapa sekolah di daerah jawa harus membuat startegi manajemen terbaru untuk menanggapi situasi terssebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan model manajemen sekolah untuk mebemukan model manajemen terbaik untuk menghadapi masalah ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah di Jawa Timur. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 25 sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi, sementara model analisis data menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman dnegan Langkah-langkah (1) Reduksi data, (2) display data, (3) kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan para kepala sekolah didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan yaitu (1)  pembelajaran harus tetap berlangsung, meskipun belum bisa maksimal karena proses peralihan dari pembelajaran luar jaringan (luring) ke pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring), (2) pembeljaran menggunakan media sosial seperti whattaps, zoom, classroom, google from, Edmodo untuk menyempaikan materi dan memberikan umpan balik dari materi yang disampaikan, (3) untuk siswa yang terkendala alat hubung dan kuota, siswa diperbolehkan menggunakan laboratorium komputer, datang ke sekolah, guru untuk datang ke rumah siswa. Sementara hasil wawancara terkait manajemen pembiayaan kebijakan tersebut berupa (1) orang tua boleh menyicil pembayaran SPP, (2) melakukan pemotongan biaya SPP, (3) memberikan kelonggaran waktu pembeyaran dengan batas tertentu, (4) memaksimalkan penggunakaan dana BOS, (5) merubah alokasi anggaran di Rancangan Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sekolah. Di bidang kurikulum sekolah harus menguatkan hubungan tiga arah antara orang tua, guru, dan siswa Sementara dari segi pembiayan, sekolah harus mempunyai sumber dana mandiri baik berupa usaha ataupun yang lainnya sebagai dana darurat, jika anggaran utama belum bisa memenuhi.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and describe how Islamic education policies in Indonesia can be improved to suit the learning needs of the 21st century. This research is a type of library research with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from three sources “Google Scholar” “ScienceDirect” and “RISE.” The discussion in this research highlights and contributes to the formulation of Islamic education policy to prioritize 21st-century learning, which includes building a commitment to mastering basic literacy and numeracy skills, measuring learning periodically, accurately, and relevantly, aligning the system with learning commitments, supporting teachers in the teaching and learning process, and adapting approaches in taking education policies. Apart from that, the agenda for formulating Islamic education policies must focus on these five priorities while maintaining Islamic religious values as the primary foundation. This study shows the importance of reform policies that focus on the use of technology in Islamic education, improving teacher quality, and digital-based innovative learning. Therefore, Islamic education policies in Indonesia must be designed objectively to create a generation that produces graduates with cognitive intelligence, strong character and morals, spiritual strength, and intellectual qualities that can compete on the global stage.
