Abstract

This research is a descriptive research method with the aim of describing the analysis of the Adiwiyata program to instill an attitude of caring for the environment in elementary schools. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. The instruments used in this research were an interview guideline, an interview guide for school principals, teachers and students. In testing the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation. The subjects in this research were school principals, students and teachers. From the data obtained by researchers, the Adiwiyata program to instill an attitude of caring for the environment in elementary schools is considered good. Judging from the lack of waste, tree planting, air and electricity use. And the disadvantages are the lack of parking space, the narrow school environment. It needs to be removed from environmental concerns, a challenge that must be faced as a responsibility of the school community. Teachers must be able to provide students with an understanding of caring about the school environment and at home so that students can get used to good habits. Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research in general is to improve social studies content learning outcomes about national events of the colonial masses by using the group work method. This classroom action research was carried out in 2 cycles using the group work method. Each cycle has 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects totaled 24 students. The results obtained after class action research on student learning outcomes on social studies content regarding colonial mass national events in class VB SDN 018 Samarinda Ulu could increase through the group work method in learning. This can be seen from the evaluation results of cycle I, there were 13 students who completed with an average of 66.5 or a percentage of classical completeness of 54%. In Cycle II, there were 24 students who completed with an average of 86 or 100% classical completeness percentage. Group work provides students with greater opportunities to explore the talents they have, and they also get friends who are considered better and more appropriate to study together, so that they can easily master all the knowledge they expect. The purpose of the group work method is that group work can develop students' abilities in terms of suggestion, motivation, and information, train and develop students' potential in integrating relationships with others, foster a sense of togetherness by working together in solving a problem or work from educators, train students' courage, to solidify the knowledge students have acquired. Abstract

Era modernisasi belajar bukan lagi menjadi kegiatan sehari-hari yang dinikmati oleh para siswa. Siswa malas atau bosan dalam belajar merasa ingin melepaskan kegiatan lain yang menyenangkan dibandingkan dengan kegiatan belajar lainnya, seperti bermain handphone, bermain game online, dan menggangu teman. Kegiatan belajar membutuhkan konsentrasi yang intens . Pembelajaran yang diselingi ice breaking ini memberikan semangat peserta didik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Selain itu juga melatih konsentrasi peserta didik dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan. Kegiatan ice-breaking dengan variasi dan ekspresi yang sesuai telah terbukti mengembalikan konsentrasi siswa. Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan di SDN 017 Samarinda Utara. Sasaran pengabdian yaitu siswa siswi kelas IV B dengan jumlah 28 peserta didik. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada proses pengabdian masyarakat yakni: 1.Kegiatan pembukaan 2.Isi Kegiatan 3.Penutup: Kegiatan PKM ini mendapatkan hasil yang dilakukan pada setiap kegiatan terlihat antusias siswa dalam mengikuti pengabdian. Kegiatan ice breaking ini dapat menjadikan ilmu untuk menambah konsentrasi belajar saat di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas. Pembelajaran yang menggunakan ice breaking ini membutuhkan kesiapan guru kelas untuk proses belajar mengajar.
