Abstract

Character education is a key factor in the process of achieving educational goals, which is influenced by a number of interrelated factors. The essence of a person's goodness is represented by his or her character. An educated individual should be morally upright, following in the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad (Sallahu' alaihi Wassalam), the greatest human role model. Students can develop a strong moral character by modeling his admirable qualities. An important part of achieving the goal of education, which is affected by a variety of closely related issues, is character education. A person's environment determines his or her goodness. Any individual seeking knowledge must treat others with dignity, act morally, and adhere to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (Sallahu' alaihi Wassalam). By modeling his own good behavior, students can grow in moral character.

Abstract

This paper has the main objective of the process of developing sociocultural learning theory as an effort to understand and inculcate social communicative character values in the current digitalization era. This is a form of business that can lead students to social awareness and also the process of understanding the role that exists for how to live a proper life in the surrounding environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research method. While the approach used is descriptive analysis which emphasizes in-depth analysis of existing data sources. The conclusion obtained is that with sociocultural learning theory with PAI learning there is continuity in a position that makes the environment an important part of instilling communicative social character values. As a social human being, students must have the values of communicative social character in themselves as a form of balance that occurs in living this life.

Abstract

Multicultural education in developed countries (Indonesia and Canada), especially in basic education, wants education that upholds human dignity by respecting and understanding the differences that each individual has. Comparison of multicultural education (Indonesia and Canada) First, each developed country (Indonesia and Canada) has similarities in multicultural education, namely wanting to eradicate acts of discrimination and uphold human rights fairly.
