Abstract

The purpose of the article is to create a scientific theory of lean production of goods and services (the theory of thrift), from the perspective of Japanese culture which is applicable in higher education and agriculture. Currently, a new technological way is being formed. One of the key concepts of this technological way will be the scientific theory of lean manufacturing, which can be created based on the analysis of the practice of lean manufacturing of the Toyota automobile company. The analysis of the directions of crisis management indicates the growing relevance of the introduction of lean manufacturing of goods and services in all new areas of activity, in particular in higher education and agriculture as a part of Japanese culture. However, fragmentary implementation of lean manufacturing ideas can be inefficient. This necessitates the development of the concept and content of the general theory of lean production of goods and services in higher education and agriculture. The article describes the functions, roles, and structural elements of the general theory of lean production of goods and services, a conceptual approach to the introduction of lean production of goods and services in higher education and agriculture as a part of Japanese culture is being formed.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of the labor market and advancements in the 20th technological order present challenges for the social development of students with disabilities because traditional education systems often fail to provide adequate career preparation and social integration. Inclusive universities play a crucial role in bridging this gap by implementing structured social development management systems that enhance students' career readiness and personal growth. This study aims to develop a conceptual approach for managing the social development of students with disabilities, ensuring their successful transition into professional and social environments. The research employed historical, pedagogical, and psychological analysis, incorporating mentoring, project-based learning, and inclusive education theories to develop an adaptive management model. The results indicate that targeted career planning, employer engagement, and self-actualization strategies significantly improve student outcomes because they align education with real-world demands. The findings confirm that a structured approach to managing social development enhances employment prospects and social well-being, making inclusive education a more effective pathway for students with disabilities.

Abstract

Inclusive higher education faces challenges in engagement and skill development because traditional teaching methods often fail to accommodate diverse learning needs. The Project Activity Game (PAG) methodology integrates game-based and project-based learning to enhance student participation and real-world competency. This study aims to develop and implement PAG in inclusive post-industrial universities to improve the effectiveness of higher education during the transition to a new technological order. The research employed pedagogical, didactic, historical, systemic, and logical analysis to examine existing methodologies and establish the theoretical foundations of PAG. The study identified key risks and opportunities associated with its adoption in inclusive and project-based education. The results demonstrate that PAG enhances engagement, knowledge retention, and problem-solving abilities because it immerses students in interactive, competency-driven tasks. The findings confirm that PAG can bridge the gap between education and industry needs, improving career readiness and inclusion. This research contributes to the evolution of higher education pedagogy, making learning more adaptive and accessible.

Abstract

The subject of the article is the study of the mechanism of ensuring the sustainable development of the higher education system in the process of formation of a new technological order. The object of the article is the higher education system. The purpose of the work is to ensure the sustainable development of the higher education system during the formation of a new technological order. To achieve this goal, the following tasks of this study are solved: research and clarification of the concept of sustainable development of the system of higher education, description of the sources of the risk of loss of stability in the process of development of the higher education system associated with the transition to a new technological order, and study of the elements of the mechanism for ensuring sustainable development of the higher education system. The scientific novelty of this article is to determine the description of the mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of the higher education system and its constituent elements.

Abstract

This paper examines the role of Advanced Engineering Schools (AES) as key innovation subsystems within post-industrial higher education. Drawing on institutional theory, systems analysis, and creative pedagogy, the study explores how AES integrates scientific research, technological innovation, and educational practices to enhance university competitiveness and national technological sovereignty. The research presents the organizational structure of AES, its business models, customization strategies, and the incorporation of neuro-innovation and personnel development systems. The study also highlights how AES fosters creative pedagogy to prepare graduates for future-oriented professions and contribute to the formation of a national creative class. By integrating research, innovation, and education, AES serves as a dynamic platform for interdisciplinary learning, offering valuable insights for higher education reform globally. The findings contribute to the development of educational models that balance innovation, institutional transformation, and pedagogical creativity in the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education.
