Abstract

Developing a business unit requires a strategic business to ease decision-making by considering many factors, both internal and external. The party who is a partner in the implementation of this Community Service is the Resto Pesantren Darun Nasya which is a business unit of the Darun Nasya Islamic Boarding School. The business unit is located in Desa Pagerwangi, Kec. Lembang, Kab. Bandung Barat. The purpose this Community Service is to find out the existing conditions and provide recommendations regarding the development of the business unit. The method used is SWOT analysis. The result of the analysis is to focus on the strength-opportunity (SO) strategy or on the aggressive quadrant which is implemented by obtaining capital injections and adding new online marketing channels.

Abstract

Saung Ciburial Tourism Village holds significant potential for the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), yet it faces various challenges that impact its sustainability and competitiveness. This initiative aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) faced by MSMEs in Saung Ciburial Tourism Village and to formulate effective sustainable development strategies. The methods used in this initiative include surveys, in-depth interviews, and secondary data analysis to identify the internal and external factors affecting MSMEs. The SWOT analysis results indicate that MSMEs in Saung Ciburial Tourism Village possess strengths such as unique local products and strong community support, but also face weaknesses such as limited access to technology and capital. Opportunities that can be leveraged include the increasing interest of tourists in local products and government support for tourism development. Abstract

Pada lanskap ekonomi Indonesia, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mendominasi aktivitas kewirausahaan. Dari total 39,72 juta pengusaha, sekitar 99,97% adalah UMKM, dengan sekitar 98% di antaranya sebagai pengusaha mikro. Peran UMKM dalam membangun ekonomi nasional semakin penting. Studi ini memfokuskan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam An Nisa Kiaracondong Bandung sebagai contoh UMKM. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota koperasi, penguatan kapasitas layanan, penataan manajemen administrasi, pembinaan industri kecil dan menengah pasca pandemi COVID-19, serta implementasi konsep Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui kegiatan pelatihan, dengan harapan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada anggota koperasi.
