Abstract

In the ever-growing digital era, data information management is crucial in ensuring optimal service quality in various sectors. This journal presents an overview of strategies and approaches to optimize data information management to improve service quality in the digital era. The concept of data information management involves the process of collecting, storing, processing and analyzing data to support appropriate decision making. Challenges faced in managing data information in the digital era include large data volumes, technological complexity, data security, and changes in regulations related to privacy. To overcome these challenges, organizations need to implement appropriate strategies, such as investing in advanced technology infrastructure, developing adequate policies and procedures, training to increase data literacy, and implementing effective risk management practices. Technology solutions such as big data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI) can be utilized to improve data information management. Case studies from various organizations also provide concrete examples of successful implementation of technology strategies and solutions. By utilizing existing information technology, organizations can improve efficiency, accuracy and data accessibility, so they are able to provide better services to users in this digital era.

Abstract

E-commerce has become a very important aspect of daily life in the digital era, increasing efficiency and ease of transactions. But these developments also pose significant risks to the security and privacy of customer data. In the e-commerce ecosystem, information technology (IT) is very important to maintain data security and maintain user privacy. The technologies and procedures used to protect consumer data privacy are discussed in this article. Examples include intrusion detection systems, multifactor authentication, and data encryption. The emergence of e-commerce in Indonesia has raised new prospects and difficulties regarding the confidentiality and security of consumer information. Data security and user privacy are major concerns that can be mitigated by information technology (IT). This article also discusses the difficulties in dealing with the challenges faced in its implementation that supports customer data protection. In addition, this article examines various technologies and strategies to be implemented in e-commerce that are expected to improve data security. A clearer understanding of the role of IT in e-commerce data security will hopefully increase customer confidence and drive long-term growth in the sector.
