Abstract

The education developed in Indonesia aims to make learning citizens (students) have four main characters, namely religious humans, individual humans, social humans, and citizens. Currently, a very serious social problem occurring around us is the destruction of the order of moral values or noble character (moral decadence). Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hidayah is one of the three main components of education (tri-educational centers), namely the community, which operates in the religious sector and is organized by the community for the community (self-help community) which is concerned with the importance of character education. So this research aims to describe the implementation of Strengthening Character Education at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hidayah Kanoman Karangnongko Klaten. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of strengthening character education at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hidayah includes learning planning which refers to the philosophical basis to the empirical basis. Then the implementation of the process is manifested through a class-based approach, a culture-based approach at Madrasah Diniyah, and a community-based approach. Lastly is habituation which includes aspects of worship, behavior (character), and example.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling Teachers have an important role in supporting students welfare through holistic responsibility and support in counseling sessions. The Guidance and Counseling Teachers responsibilities tend to be greater in terms of creating, managing and monitoring the counseling process. However, it is still often found that Guidance and Counseling Teachers do not agree with their greater responsibility in conducting counseling sessions. This study employs a quantitative descriptive methodology based on the use of instruments for data gathering. Focusing on the duties and support that guidance counselors provide to students, this study intends to demonstrate that, in fact, guidance professionals have more to do than students themselves during counseling sessions. This research was conducted as an effort to reveal and explain the responsibilities of a guidance and counseling teacher in the counseling process by trying to analyze quantitative data to provide truth based on data obtained through distributing questionnaires with 27 respondents who are high school (SMA) guidance and counseling teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi cara membangun identitas merek melalui Instagram pada perusahaan yang berbasis di Bandung. Membangun identitas merek merupakan proses menciptakan citra yang unik dan hal yang sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk dapat dikenali dan diingat oleh pelanggan maupun mitra bisnisnya. Untuk membangun identitas merek, perusahaan dapat melakukannya di platform media sosial Instagram. Fitur – fitur bisnis yang disediakan oleh Instagram akan sangat membantu untuk perusahaan membangun identitas merek perusahaan di akun instagramnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analitis, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui tinjauan literatur dan interview terstruktur untuk menggambarkan bagaimana fenomena yang terjadi dari hasil observasi penulis dan menganalisa data–data yang diperoleh selama penelitian. Penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman tentang membangun identitas merek pada instagram pada perusahaan dan pentingnya elemen dalam membangun identitas merek yaitu nama merek, logo merek, slogan merek dan kisah merek. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan lagi elemen kisah merek dalam membangun identitas merek di media sosial instagram.
