Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the role of BUMDes, optimizing the utilization of village assets, and the professionalism of managing village assets on the village's original income. This research develops by previous research that was inconsistent by adding the BUMDes role variable. A quantitative approach with primary data is used in this research. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out directly to thirty-seven village goverments in the Bantul Regency to obtain research data. The sampling technique utilized was purposive sampling. One hundred fifty-two respondents consisting of the village head, village secretary, finance section, management section, and BUMDes management, participated in this study. Data analysis used was multiple linear regression techniques using the SPSS Program. The research results showed that the role of BUMDes, optimizing the utilization of village assets, and professionalism of village assets affect the village's original income.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinants of revisit intention and satisfaction as a mediator of revisit intention at Warung Kopi Klotok Kaliurang using the TPB and ECT theoretical frameworks. This research predicts consumer revisit intention using the variables of traditional atmosphere and eWOM, mediated by satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 164 respondents. The sampling technique employs non-probability sampling. A survey method was conducted to collect data using an online questionnaire. The researcher utilized Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) Smart PLS 4.0 for data analysis. The results of this study demonstrate that eWOM plays a role in influencing consumers to have a revisit intention at traditional restaurants.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini diadakan di Dusun Sentolo Lor, Desa Sentolo, Kecamatan Sentolo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Terdapat berbagai macam potensi yang ada di Dusun tersebut tetapi pemuda dan pemudi serta masyarakat masih belum sepenuhnya mampu mengelola potensi tersebut. Pengembangan potensi Dusun menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang harus dihadapi oleh pemuda dan pemudi serta masyarakat sekitar. Mayoritas pemuda dan pemudi memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap kewirausahaan tinggal meningkatkan saja. Berbagai cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kewirausahaan berawal dari pengolahan hasil potensi Dusun, pengemasan sampai pemasaran yang lebih modern dengan cara digital marketing. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan pengolahan ikan lele menjadi nugget lele. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan sudah tepat sasaran terbukti dengan adanya peningkatkan yang signifikan berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara sebanyak dua kali, sebelum pelatihan dan setelah pelatihan.
