Abstract

Mitra yang menjadi sasaran dalam PIM Desain Laporan Keuangan UMKM Berbasis Aplikasi Android adalah para pelaku usaha UMKM diJemaat Viadolorosa Kelurahan Kairagi Dua Kecamatan Mapanget Kota Manado Sulawesi Utara. Permasalahan- permasalahan yang ditemukan antara lain: 1) Kesulitan dalam mengembangkan usaha, 2) Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pencatatan akuntansi, 3) Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai manfaat laporan keuangan, 4) Pemikiran yang menganggap bahwa pencatatan akuntansi adalah sesuatu yang sulit dilakukan, 5) Tidak memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang baik sehingga kesulitan dalam melihat kondisi keuangan usaha yang sementara dijalankan. Para pelaku usaha UMKM di Jemaat Viadolorosa di Kelurahan Kairagi Dua yang selanjutnya dinamakam kelompok Mitra ini, dengan adanya Pengabdian ini diharapkan pada akhirnya dapat membuat suatu Laporan Keuangan dengan berbasis android dengan mudah dan cepat , serta kapan saja dan dimana saja selain itu juga bisa menjadi suatu syarat untuk perbankan dalam pengembangan usahanya. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut maka ada beberapa kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan sehubungan dengan pencapaian tujuan tersebut seperti sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi para pelaku UMKM tersebut sehingga dapat memiliki suatu pencatatan yang baik dan dapat juga membuat suatu Laporan Keuangan dengan berbasis android. Selain itu target luaran bisa dicapai dengan adanya peningkatan akan pemahaman perlunya suatu Laporan Keuangan didalam usaha masyarakat yang ada diJemaat Viadolorosa Kelurahan Kairagi Dua

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the socio-economic impact of the construction of the Kuwil Kawangkoan Dam on the community in North Minahasa Regency. In collecting data, this research used a qualitative approach with the snowball sampling method to obtain the information needed according to applicable scientific norms. The data analysis technique used in this research is inductive data analysis where the collected data is then processed and used as specific facts, and then general conclusions are drawn. The results of this research show that the existence of the Kuwil Kawangkoan Dam after operation has had a positive impact on the community in North Minahasa Regency, especially the community in Kuwil Village and Kawangkoan Village. This can be seen from the daily activities of residents as well as information obtained from trusted sources.

Abstract

Computer-based financial reporting information systems have now become very important for the information needs of a company. This is because the presence of computer-based information systems can facilitate work with quick, accurate, and cost-effective processes. This is very different from manual processes, where errors often occur, accuracy is lacking, and the presentation of financial reports always experiences delays, which is detrimental to the company's information needs. The problem faced in the field is that many SMEs have not yet adopted computer-based information systems due to limitations in resources and knowledge, both in accounting and computer skills, as is the case with the Sumber Berkat Manado SME, which highlights the urgency of this research. Therefore, the researcher conducts a study aimed at designing financial reports for SMEs based on Microsoft Excel for the Sumber Berkat Welding Workshop in Manado. The research method used is the Interactive Model of Analysis, with stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results show that the design of a financial reporting information system using Microsoft Excel can facilitate MSME actors in creating financial reports, allowing them to accurately assess the profits and losses incurred during a specific period from their business results, and enabling them to monitor their business development at any time.
