Abstract

The importance of developing e-government, it can provide benefits for public services, E-Government development must be carried out in Indonesia and the government must carry out digital acceleration to optimize public services, one of which is the West Nusa Tenggara Province Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP). IT-based public services through the Simaskot Integrated online community satisfaction survey, which is a web-based application that can be accessed by the public, aims to use technology in services to be able to provide convenience to the public and improve service quality. Data collection techniques begin by carrying out outreach activities and using manual questionnaires which are distributed to service users and online questionnaires which are scanned by barcodes directly by service users. The results of this service indicate that it has been rated very well by service users.

Abstract

Methyl chloride, also known as chloromethane, is an important basic material in the global chemical industry. In 2022, the demand for methyl chloride in Indonesia was recorded at 103,748 tons per year. Based on projections, this figure is expected to increase to 134,696 tons per year by 2027. This study aims to investigate the design of methyl chloride plant by considering the efficiency in terms of energy and purity of yield by utilizing Aspen HYSYS V12 simulation tool in process integration. This research utilizes the iterative simulation method to compare the basic process simulation and the modified process simulation for methyl chloride production. The results show that the modified methyl chloride production process simulation has high energy efficiency as indicated by less energy requirements compared to the basic methyl chloride process. In addition, the simulation results of the modified methyl chloride production process produced methyl chloride reaching a high percentage of purity. In the basic process, the purity of methyl chloride reached 72.36% while the modified process showed an increase to 79.51%. It can be concluded that the simulation results of the modified process are more effective than the basic process in terms of energy requirements and purity product. Abstract

Instagram account @Travelxism focuses on travel and exploration of tourist destinations, aims to integrate a social media management approach that focuses on sustainable tourism through Voluntrip activity content, this Instagram account aims to make its followers more aware of sustainable tourism and encourage actions that support the principles of sustainable tourism The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the use of the Travelxism Instagram account in Voluntrip Activities and the strategies used in developing sustainable tourism This research is qualitative using secondary data through a review of the literature review of the general description of marketing communication strategies through the Instagram account "TRAVELXISM" By using the AISAS theory model analysis, an effective approach can be taken to the target audience by considering behavioral changes that occur on various digital platforms, such as social media using the VOSViewer tool to view and map several themes in this data analysis and also using NVivo 12 plus, which maps the problems studied by previous studies based on the overall manuscript problem The conclusion that is the reference of researchers to the theory put forward by Heillbronn, namely environmentally sustainable, economically sustainable, and socio-culturally sustainable, it can be concluded that the @travelxism account carries out digital activism through Voluntrip activities by taking several strategic steps. The first step is to build a social media account that focuses on eco-friendly travel. The second step is to implement the concept of sustainability through news and visual actions, as well as introducing culture, local crafts, and art exhibitions. The third step is to optimize actions that are seen as the right actions.
