Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of teachers at the principal of SMA Negeri 01 Karamat, Buol Regency. The research method used is a quantitative research method using descriptive analysis, population and samples, and research procedures using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research results show that in general the results obtained are that teacher performance, which includes the dimensions of teacher performance in learning planning, teacher performance in implementing learning, teacher performance in learning evaluation, teacher performance in learning evaluation, and teacher performance in task discipline, is good. In general, the performance of teachers at State High School 01 Karamat, Buol Regency is quite good because the results achieved by teachers at the school in planning, implementing, evaluating, and disciplining their duties are by the responsibilities that exist in their abilities towards a profession that has value or achievement results. Work. In general, the results or work performance scores are the result of teachers' performance in carrying out their duties so that they can achieve fairly good and efficient results.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze factors that influence employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative research method using descriptive analysis, using population and samples, research procedures using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the leadership style applied by the sub-district head is a democratic style, a charismatic style and a paternalistic style. With these three types of leadership, you can easily provide role models, provide motivation and can improve the performance of employees at the Bukal District Head Office, Buol Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of the village head in increasing job satisfaction for Mokupo Village officials, Karamat District, Buol Regency. The research method used is a quantitative research method using descriptive analysis, using population and samples, and research procedures using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research results show that the role of leaders in the workplace is very important because it can motivate employees to work well, act as leaders in decision-making, and play an important role in the Mokupo community. Leaders must actively participate, influence, and develop the workplace, ensuring a positive work environment. A leader's role also includes fostering respect and honor, good working conditions, and fostering social interactions. The relationship between leaders and employees is critical to achieving better performance and fostering a positive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of the Mopu Village Head, Bukal District, Buol Regency, to improve public services. The underlying cause is low service quality, characterized by poor procedural communication, minimal staff training, and limited infrastructure. The method used was descriptive qualitative, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Informants included the village head, staff, and the community. The results indicate that the Village Head has implemented public service standards, including procedures, timeframes, facilities, and staff competency. However, obstacles remain, such as low public understanding, limited human resources, and limited technological facilities. Despite this, the community appreciates the service improvements, particularly in terms of transparency and convenience. In conclusion, the Village Head's efforts have shown progress, but further strategies are needed to strengthen staff capacity, modernize systems, and disseminate procedures.
