Abstract

Access to and awareness of nutritional health services in Indonesia play a crucial role in preventing various diseases in children and adults. This study develops an Android-based application aimed at enhancing access to nutritional information and consultation services, as well as promoting effective nutritional management methods. The application was developed using the Waterfall methodology, encompassing stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, to ensure that the resulting application meets the specified requirements and provides optimal solutions for nutritional consultation and monitoring. The application is designed to meet the needs of users and nutrition experts through features such as registration, consultation, and a Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator. Developed using Android Studio, MySQL, and XAMPP, the application was tested on various Android devices and demonstrated stable and smooth performance. Ongoing maintenance is implemented to ensure continuous optimal functionality. The application also features the selection of nutrition experts according to user preferences and a BMI calculator that allows users to independently check their nutritional status. Compatible with Android Oreo and later versions, the application requires an internet connection to optimize all functionalities, including consultation services and content updates. This application is expected to improve accessibility and individual awareness of nutritional health services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is the result of observations made by researchers about the lack of interesting and educational learning media to introduce the history of city icons in Indonesia. Along with the times, there are many learning methods that utilize technological advances in their application. One technology that can be applied is Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality is a technology that unites two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real environment and then projects them in Real Time. This research uses a data collection process by conducting a literature study, namely collecting relevant information from thesis sources, scientific journals, and the internet. The results of this study are expected to add insight into the history of city icons in Indonesia and can add to the user experience about Augmented Reality technology.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mobile-based task and productivity management application integrated with calendar and reminder features. The objective is to help users organize, monitor, and complete tasks efficiently while maintaining optimal productivity. The research adopts a system development approach consisting of several stages, namely analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The main features of the developed application include task scheduling, automatic reminders, and an interactive calendar display to assist users in managing deadlines and daily activities. Based on the results of the evaluation, the application successfully delivers reminder notifications according to the specified schedule and provides a structured view of tasks within the calendar interface. The findings indicate that the integration of task management, reminder, and calendar features can improve users’ time management and task completion efficiency.

Abstract

The impact of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, which is increasing every day, has resulted in restrictions on community activities in all fields including the election of the head of the affected neighbourhood’s unit (RT) and community unit (RW). citizens and a direct voting process are carried out. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the election of RT and RW heads cannot be carried out properly, therefore the author intends to create and implementation an information system for the election of RT and RW heads that can be used by all residents and can be carried out from the homes of each resident without having to conduct community meetings as usual. The system to be built is mobile-based so that it can be run through applications on Android-based smartphones. The choice of a mobile-based information system (Android) is because almost all citizens have an Android-based smartphone, besides that, an Android-based smartphone is also easy to operate.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web and mobile-based public complaint application in Karangmalang Village, Kasreman District, Ngawi Regency. The main problem faced is the manual complaint reporting process, which leads to delays and lack of transparency in handling public issues. The study applies the software engineering approach using the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using Flutter for the user interface, Node.js for the backend, and MySQL as the main database. Black-box testing results indicate that all system functions operate effectively according to user requirements, including reporting, status tracking, and complaint management features for village administrators. This system enables citizens to submit complaints quickly and allows the village government to respond more efficiently and systematically. In conclusion, the application enhances transparency and accountability in public service delivery at the village level, while strengthening collaboration between citizens and the local government in problem-solving processes.
