Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaruh penempatan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Dan Pertanahan (PUPRP) Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Dan Pertanahan (PUPRP) Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Metode yang digunakan Penelilti bersifat Deskriptif dengan alat bantu koesioner terhadap 41 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Multiple atau koefisien korelasi (R) adalah hubungan antara kedua variabel bebas penempatan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Dan Pertanahan (PUPRP) Kabupaten Parigi Moutong sebesar 0,757 artinya hubungan variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen) adalah kuat. R Square atau koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah melihat pengaruh antara variabel penempatan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Dan Pertanahan (PUPRP) Kabupaten Parigi Moutong sebesar 0,573 atau 57,3% artinya pengaruh variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen) sebesar 57,3% sedangkan sisanya 42,7% adalah pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Penempatan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Pegawai

Abstract

Prove the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain management through the application of a StartUp product. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach, namely through participatory observation, depending on experience, case studies and other literature related to measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain Management through the application of a StartUp product. It seeks to integrate work in supply chain management, by implementing a StartUp product into one partnership. Cooperation that results in effectiveness and efficiency in the scope of work. The findings obtained are effective ProductStartUp and efficiency of Supply Chain Management, namely by facilitating information, logistics, making references, strategies and reducing risks as well as reducing costs and reducing the risk of reducing complaints, and increasing satisfaction. This research provides many fields, where researchers can complete additional research and develop further research agendas. Originality value - This paper provides some insight into the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain Management, focusing on facilitating information, logistics, making references, strategies and reducing risks while also reducing the cost of reducing complaints, and increasing satisfaction. towards supply chain management.

Abstract

Disaster areas are important to study, especially the level of poverty and the factors that influence it, especially the Gross Regional Domestic Product factor, Income Inequality of people including the Population and the Length people took the study in the school within a period of 10 years, namely from 2014-2023. Poverty has always been a benchmark for the success of development in a region which is always associated with and has implications for low levels of education, health, physical security and reduces the quality of life of community. Government efforts continue to be made to reduce poverty levels, Of course studies from various institutions are needed as input for policy makers in the Region. The use of quantitative research methods was chosen by the author to analyze the problems in this study using multiple regression with time series data from three regions, namely Donggala Regency, Palu City and Sigi Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data from 2014-2023 obtained from the official publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results of the study show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the Palu Koro fault disaster area does not have a significant effect on Poverty, while Income Inequality has a negative and significant effect on Poverty, as well as the Population has a negative and significant effect on Poverty while the variable of  the Length people took the study in the school the area has a significant and positive effect on the increase in the Number of Poverty from 2018 to 2023.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di wilayah pesisir merupakan isu lingkungan yang berdampak langsung terhadap kualitas ekosistem laut, kesehatan masyarakat, serta daya tarik kawasan wisata pantai. Pantai Roto terletak di Desa Labuan Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Donggala Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah merupakan kawasan pesisir yang memiliki potensi pariwisata, namun masih menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dan belum optimalnya pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah berbasis konsep ekonomi biru yang berkelanjutan guna mendukung peningkatan pariwisata dan penguatan ekonomi lokal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat khususnya pengelola yang menjadi mitra, sehingga meningkatnya kebersihan dan daya tarik kawasan serta bagaimana menjaga  keberlanjutan lingkungan pesisir dengan konsep ekonomi biru.
