Abstract

Antenatal and postnatal home visiting programs provide significant benefits in improving the health of mothers and babies. Risky pregnancies have the potential to experience life-threatening complications for the mother (85.4%), maternal near misses (13.3%), and maternal death (1.2%). This activity aims to provide education about high-risk pregnancies through home visits. The method is education about high-risk pregnancies using a home visit approach. Location in the Mojosongo Village area, Jebres, Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. Activities begin with licensing, preparation, and coordination with the community officer team and study program team, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that pregnant women had no risk were 56% and high risk were 44%. Risk factors for pregnancy were old age > 35 years, grand multigravida, and hypertension in pregnancy. Mothers are invited to actively read the MCH books, actively discuss, and cooperate. The hope is that pregnant women and their husbands will actively increase their knowledge about healthy pregnancy planning, preparation for childbirth, and newborn babies. Develop an integrated information system for pregnant women that can be accessed by pregnant women. Training program for community officers to improve their ability to assist pregnant women.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka Kematian Ibu di Jawa tengah tahun 2024 tercatat 428 kasus, penyebab AKI di Jawa Tengah disebabkan banyaknya jumlah kehamilan resiko tinggi, masih rendahnya deteksi dini masyarakat serta kurang mampunya kecepatan dan ketepatan pengambilan keputusan rujukan kehamilan resiko tinggi, Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan melaui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan antenatal care menjadi 6 kali dengan memberikan pelayanan terstandart dengan 10T. Tujuan : untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kepuasan ibu hamil terhadap pelayanan antenatal  care (anc) terpadu. Metode: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebagian dari ibu yang melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan di PMB Noris Hadi pada bulan April – Mei 2025 yang ditemui pada saat penelitian sebanyak 45 responden, analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan fisher exact. Hasil : Mayoritas responden merasa puas sebanyak 42 responden (93,3%), mayoritas pemeriksaan antenatal care terpadu lengkap sebanyak 40 responden (88,9%), ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan ibu hamil terhadap pemeriksaan antenatal care terpadu dengan nilai p-value = 0,029 < 0,05. Simpulan: ada hubungan antara kepuasan ibu hamil terhadap pemeriksaan antenatal care terpadu. Saran anc sesuai standart tetap dilaksanakan pada setiap kali pemeriksaan.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one of the main indicators of the success of maternal healthprograms. Government efforts to reduce MMR and IMR by means of Sustainable DevelopmentGoals (SDGs). The role of midwives in reducing MMR and IMR so that maternal and infant healthcontinues to improve by providing comprehensive midwifery care. To provide comprehensivemidwifery care to Mrs. P aged 27 years G2P1A0 at PMB Dyah Sumarmo which includespregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn care, and Family Planning (KB). ComprehensiveMidwifery Care to Mrs. P aged 27 years G2P1A0 was found to be pregnant with Chronic EnergyDeficiency (KEK). Midwifery care for delivery, spontaneous delivery was normal and there wereno complications. Postpartum midwifery care for Mrs. P was normal with no complications.Newborn midwifery care for Mrs. P was normal, female, weighing 3600 grams, and had nocomplaints. Family planning midwifery care included post-placental IUD contraception. Duringpregnancy, delivery, postpartum, newborn care, and family planning, the care met midwifery carestandards and proceeded normally.
