Abstract

A system is a series of data or more than one component that is connected and interacts with each other to achieve certain goals (Sallaby & Kanedi 2020). Radio Frequency Identification or what is called RFID is a small electronic device consisting of a chip and an antenna. The aim of this research is to make data input easier, save time and produce more detailed and clear data. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The research results obtained regarding the use of the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system are that by scanning the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) data it can be input automatically, there will be no double scans, and the data can be seen in detail and in detail.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pencatatan transaksi pada Toko Bangunan Subur Kaliwungu yang sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan yang tidak efisien, kesulitan pencarian data, serta kurangnya ketepatan dalam laporan keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model Prototype. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menerapkan metode akuntansi berbasis Akrual (Accrual Basis) agar laporan keuangan dapat disusun lebih akurat dan real time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mencatat transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, mengelola data barang dan pelanggan, serta menyajikan laporan penjualan dan laporan keuangan secara digital. Fitur tambahan seperti histori transaksi, informasi stok barang, serta perhitungan laba rugi juga membantu pemilik toko dalam pengambilan keputusan. Implementasi sistem memberikan dampak positif, di antaranya peningkatan efisiensi, keakuratan data, dan kemudahan monitoring aktivitas penjualan.

Abstract

The cash processing administration system in a company plays a very important role. One of the problems that often arises in a cash processing administration system is the inaccurate calculation results of cash administration reports. This can result in inaccurate calculations of a company's profits and losses. Besides that, the use of company funds for something is not necessary, because every income and expenditure of company funds can be seen clearly and can be checked at any time. In short, companies will be able to quickly and easily find out the income and expenditure of funds. Information technology which is developing rapidly at this time provides very helpful benefits for the development of a company's information system, especially with the use of computer-based information technology, because by using computer technology in an information system you will be able to process data more quickly with lower error rates. minimal and saves time. The procedures that will be processed consist of the administration section and the finance section. If there is an income or expenditure of money or funds, the data can simultaneously be entered into the computer and will automatically influence or add to the existing data in the company. In this way, the condition of the money or funds in the company can be known with certainty and accuracy.

Abstract

Toko Arsocell Kaliwungu merupakan toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan handphone dan aksesoris yang selama ini masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual dalam kegiatan transaksi dan pengelolaan stok barang. Sistem konvensional tersebut menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti risiko kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, serta keterbatasan jangkauan promosi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses penjualan, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data penjualan dan stok barang secara terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web pada Toko Arsocell dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Sistem dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta didukung oleh perangkat pengembangan seperti XAMPP, Dreamweaver, dan Bootstrap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang dikembangkan mampu mempermudah proses transaksi online, pencatatan data penjualan dan pembelian, serta penyusunan laporan keuangan secara otomatis dan real-time. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Toko Arsocell dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam memperoleh informasi dan melakukan transaksi secara daring.

Abstract

This study, titled “Implementation of a Web-Based Sales Information System Using the Laravel 12 Framework: A Case Study at Ulkids Store Pegandon,” was conducted to address declining sales performance caused by conventional sales processes and manual transaction management. Ulkids Store experienced a 62.6% decrease in profit from 2019 to 2025, mainly due to limited promotional reach, inaccurate stock recording, and inefficient sales transactions. The research aims to design and implement a web-based sales information system to improve transaction efficiency, data accuracy, and customer accessibility. A qualitative approach with a case study method was applied, while system development followed the Waterfall model. The system was built using Laravel 12, PHP, MySQL, and a Bootstrap 5 user interface, and was tested using Black Box Testing to ensure all functions operated according to user requirements.

Abstract

Although LPG is widely utilized in homes and restaurants, gas leaks pose a significant risk of deadly fire and explosion.   The objective of this project is to combine the Mamdani fuzzy logic technique, MQ-6 gas sensor, flame sensor, and ESP8266 microcontroller to create an Internet of Things (IoT)-based prototype system for detecting LPG leaks.   The system includes a servo motor, LCD, relay, buzzer, and real-time notifications using the Telegram app.   The research process employed was prototyping, which encompasses requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing of hardware and software.   In order to classify the environment into three safety conditions—danger, alert, and safe—sensor data from gas and flame detectors was interpreted using Mamdani fuzzy logic.   The experiment results showed that the system could detect changes in gas concentration and the presence of fire in real time with speed and accuracy.   The fuzzy logic approach makes decisions more smoothly than conventional logic, allowing for early identification even at low gas levels.   Telegram messages were effective in providing users with timely alerts to take preventative action.   In conclusion, by serving as an early warning system for LPG leaks, the proposed prototype system increases safety in residences and food stalls.  Additionally, it could serve as a foundation for the creation of more comprehensive IoT-based fire detection systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based cashier application to solve the problems of transaction recording, report generation, and inventory management of product size variants which are still done manually using bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel at the Haii Shoes Kendal Store. The software development method used in this research is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Waterfall model approach. According to the development specifications, the software used to build this system includes the ReactJS library on the client-side interface (frontend), the ExpressJS framework on the server-side system (backend), Prisma ORM with the MySQL database management system, and Postman for API service testing. The analysis results of this study indicate that the built system has successfully automated sales recording (real-time), provided inventory management features along with their size variants precisely, and presented sales and profit recapitulation reports that can be exported. Based on the test results using the Black Box method and validation from end-users, all system functionalities have operated very well following the operational needs of the store.
