Abstract

Waste management is a global challenge that requires innovative solutions. In Indonesia, waste banks have become one of the effective alternatives to reduce waste generation and provide benefits to the environment and society. However, the Waste Bank of Ikatan Pemuda Pemudi Creative (IPPEC) of Sukabumi District still faces problems in marketing their products, such as ecobrick sofa, maggot, and roasted husk, which have not been marketed optimally. This service aims to improve the marketing of IPPEC Waste Bank products through digital marketing training. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach using WhatsApp media. This training involves several stages, namely needs analysis, plan development, participant selection, training implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The results of the training showed an increased understanding of digital marketing strategies from participants in an effort to develop marketing of waste bank products with a total average value obtained of 58.67%. Feedback that can be given based on the evaluation results of this service is that the training should be carried out in a sustainable manner and expand the scope of training to other waste banks in Sukabumi Regency. Thus, it is hoped that waste banks can contribute more to waste management and increase economic value for the community.

Abstract

Yellow curling disease in chili plants is one of the leading causes of declining horticultural productivity because it reduces the quality and quantity of crops. Variations in symptoms at each level of severity make the identification process difficult, especially when labeled data is minimal. This study proposes a Prototypical Network-based Few-Shot Learning (FSL) approach with VGG16 architecture as a feature extractor. Five augmentation techniques, namely horizontal flip, rotation, zoom, brightness, and contrast adjustment, were used to increase data diversity in data-scarce conditions. Experiments were conducted with N-way K-shot configurations (2–5 classes; 1, 5, and 10 examples per class) to evaluate the impact of augmentation on prototype representation stability. Results show that increasing the number of examples per class consistently improves accuracy from 34.6% in 5-way 1-shot to 49.4% in 5-way 10-shot without augmentation. However, the use of augmentation decreases performance in higher N-way scenarios because it increases intra-class variability. The t-SNE visualization reinforces this study, where the healthy and severely diseased classes are clearly separated, while the intermediate class shows overlap. The novelty of this study is that it is the first to evaluate the impact of augmentation strategies on prototype representation stability in the agricultural domain with limited data. The results of this Few-Shot Learning approach are effective for plant disease classification despite the limited dataset.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource competence, internal control system, and information system quality on fixed asset management at Bandung Regency Government. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey method through questionnaires. The research population consists of asset managers in Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Bandung Regency with a sample of 60 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results show that: (1) Human resource competence does not have a significant effect on fixed asset management; (2) Internal control system has a significant positive effect on fixed asset management; (3) Information system quality has a significant positive effect on fixed asset management; and (4) Simultaneously, human resource competence, internal control system, and information system quality have a significant effect on fixed asset management at Bandung Regency Government. The coefficient of determination test results show that the three independent variables are able to explain variations in fixed asset management, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
