Abstract

PT. Angkasa Pura I Sam Ratulangi Manado International Airport is a company engaged in airport services under the leadership of General Manager, Minggus ET Gandeguai. The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Consumer Perceptions on Service Quality The type of research is quantitative research and research methods use Descriptive research methods with Consumer Perception as an independent variable and Service Quality as a dependent variable. The users of the service in question are unknown but the sample involved was 36 respondents using the Non Probability Sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. While the data analysis used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Total Score, Correlation Analysis and Simple Linear Regression. The results of the correlation coefficient value analysis shows that Consumer Perception has a strong and significant relationship with improving the Quality of Service From the results of the analysis of the answers The total score of the respondents, shows that the Quality of Service is categorized as good with a value of 74.13% but still needs to be improved because there is still a gap of 25.87%. The results of the analysis show that Consumer Perception has a significant influence on improving service quality at PT. Angkasa Pura I Sam Ratulangi International Airport Manado. For this reason, Consumer Perceptions need to be considered so that they can improve Service Quality

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using fiberglass and rice husk ash waste in making normal concrete. The variations of fiberglass used are 0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, and 0.6% of the weight of cement, while the variations of rice husk ash waste used as a partial replacement of cement are 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%. Testing was carried out on concrete for ages of 7, 14, and 28 days, focusing on the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete.This research was conducted at the Material Testing Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Department of the Manado State Polytechnic, with a research period of four months and the methods used were experimental and data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the addition of fiberglass fibers increases the compressive strength of concrete, while the use of rice husk ash waste as a partial replacement of cement shows varying effects on the compressive strength value, with a decrease in the higher percentage of rice husk ash. The optimal combination of 0.6% fiberglass and 5% rice husk ash provides an increase in the flexural strength of concrete where the flexural strength for 14 days is 2.99 Mpa, and the concrete age of 28 days is 3.36 MPa. This study provides insight into the potential use of alternative materials to improve the quality and sustainability of concrete construction.

Abstract

Dalam era revolusi industri 5.0 karyawan diharuskan menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi, tekanan,tuntutan pekerjaan, dan perubahan serta perkembangan yang semakin hari semakin cepat. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Self Efficacy Dan Work Life Balance Terhadap KinerjaKaryawan Pada PT. Angkasa Pura I Cabang Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi Manado. Jenis penelitianadalah penelitian kuantitatif dan metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif.Populasi yang diambil karyawan unit kerja Administrasi PT. Angkasa Pura I Cabang Bandar UdaraSam Ratulangi Manado, dan sampel yang di ambil adalah sampel jenuh, dengan mengunakan metodeNon-Probability Sampling. dalam penelitian ini populasi dan sampel berjumlah 31 orang karyawan.Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisa Statistik Deskriptif, Total Skor, Analisis Regresi LinearBerganda serta Korelasi. Hasil analisis penelitian Nilai koefisien korelasi sacara simultan r = 0,819menunjukkan bahwa Self Efficacy dan Work Life Balance memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikanterhadap peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura I Cabang Bandar Udara Sam RatulangiManado. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan, 67,1%dipengaruhi oleh Self Efficacy dan Work Life Balance secara bersama-sama, sedangkan sisanya 32,9%dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Self Efficacy dan Work Life Balancemempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Angkasa PuraI Cabang Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi Manado. Untuk itu Self Efficacy dan Work Life Balance perludiperhatikan dan dimaksimalkan oleh pimpinan dan perusahaan dengan lebih mencermati faktor-faktorinternal dan organisasional mengenai Self Efficacy dan Work Life Balance sehingga dapat meningkatkanKinerja Karyawan
