Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of on Share Prices partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive verification which aims to examine the validity of the hypothesis. The population used is property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling of data using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is panel data analysis. The results of this study indicate partially, only earning per share has an influence on share prices, while inflation and exchange rates have no influence on stock prices in property and real estate companies. While simultaneously inflation, exchange rates, and earnings per share have an influence on stock prices in property and real estate companies. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inflasi, Nilai Kurs, dan earning per share terhadap Harga Saham secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif verifikatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji kebenaran dari hipotesis. Populasi yang digunakan ialah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan data menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya earning per share yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan inflasi dan nilai kurs tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan property dan real estate. Sedangkan secara simultan inflasi, nilai kurs, dan earning per share memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan property dan real estate.
