Abstract

ABSTRACTInventory is one of the important current assets and has great value for the company's operations. This company does not have a lot of inventory, so there can be a shortage of inventory (stock out) and cannot meet customer requests. But if there is too much inventory (overstock) it will cause unsold goods and pile up in storage.The purpose of writing this research is to evaluate the management of merchandise inventory and to find out what constraints exist when managing inventory. Evaluation is carried out to find out whether inventory management has been carried out properly, also to find out whether obstacles in managing inventory can be overcome properly. The compiler made observations at the Bogor Raya Golf Club Proshop located in Bogor.The observation results show that the Bogor Raya Golf Club Proshop has managed its inventory quite well. Inventory management procedures have been carried out properly starting from submitting requests for goods, ordering goods, goods arriving, until the goods are sold. Even though inventory management at the Bogor Raya Golf Club Proshop has been going well, there are still a number of obstacles, such as late arrival of goods, unexpected requests and incompatibility of ordered goods.The results of the evaluation in this observation show that the Bogor Raya Golf Club Proshop must maintain efforts to manage its inventory, so that unwanted things do not occur which will harm the company. By maintaining inventory, the company does not need to incur costs for reordering or storage costs. Then if you see that the problem came from a supplier/vendor error, that way the company must be smart in choosing suppliers.Keywords: Management, Inventory of goods

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the branding strategies carried out by rumah keramik tanah baru and their implementation to increase tourist motivation to visit. Based on data from survey results via Instagram, the Tanah Baru Ceramic House still does not introduce its identity as a tourist attraction, namely educational tourism, culinary tourism, wedding event locations, and so on. Data was obtained through interviews with managers, employees, and visitors to Rumah Keramik, as well as through literature studies, journals, e-books, and official websites. Data analysis using Nvivo and SWOT analysis. The research results show that tourists are motivated because of the activities they can do, namely making ceramics. The ceramic house created a branding strategy to build brand awareness by creating a direct touch through the logo and tagline as the identity of the ceramic house. There is a driving factor to increase tourist motivation, namely implementing the "Fun With Clay" tour package promotion system. However, obstacles also influence the motivation to visit the rumah keramik, namely the health crisis, infrastructure and competitors

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tantangan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi dalam memastikan keamanan dan bagaimana sistem manajemen keamanan yang sistematis dapat mengatasi masalah keamanan lingkungan secara efektif, dengan mengevaluasi strategi keamanan yang berbeda dan praktik terbaik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga dalam mengembangkan kerangka kerja keamanan yang kuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik dari suatu organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memaparkan dan mengindentifikasi hasil temuan pengumpulan data sekunder. Data sekunder tersebut didapat melalui studi literatur guna menganalisis data manajemen kesehatan lingkungan pada perusahaan. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis dan disentesakan untuk mendapatkan hasil berupa deskripsi pada tulisan ini. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui standar SMK3L yang digunakan pada PT. XXX Indonesia dan mengevaluasi hasil tinjauan manajemen yang sudah dijalankan.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a non-communicable disease with a rising prevalence in the community. It can be prevented through increased knowledge, lifestyle changes, and family involvement in daily management. This community service activity was conducted as an educational outreach for 30 women in a religious study group at Jl. H. M. Nur RT05/RW02 No.60, Kelurahan Krukut, Kecamatan Limo, Depok. The goal was to enhance participants’ knowledge and awareness in preventing and recognizing early risks of diabetes, as well as managing the disease independently at home. The interactive education session included pre-test and post-test assessments. Results showed an increase in average scores from 70,67 to 87,67, indicating a 22-point or 33,5% improvement in understanding. Through this activity, participants are expected to adopt healthier lifestyles, identify early symptoms, and support family members in diabetes prevention and management at home.

Abstract

The researcher chose the title The Role of Ciliwung River School Management in Tourism Sustainability because he wanted to see the role of MAT PECI in the accessibility management system to create sustainable tourism at the Ciliwung River School. The obstacle is the infrastructure of the Ciliwung River School, namely accessibility to the Ciliwung River School, so researchers want to know the sustainability of tourism which will impact the environment and local communities. Ciliwung River School is located on Jalan. Current No. 99 Ex. Srengseng Sawah District. Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with SWOC analysis. The research results show that well-planned and implemented management for the community plays a vital role in the Ciliwung River School which can increase awareness of the surrounding community and the sustainability of tourism. Based on the results of this research, the management of the Ciliwung River School applies the concepts of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling to increase location accessibility and ensure a positive visitor experience. This research aims to analyze the role of management at the Ciliwung River School for tourism sustainability.
