Abstract

ABSTRAKPelaksanaan pembangunan SUTT 150 kV terdapat kemungkinan potensi risiko kecelakaan kerja, sehingga diperlukan tindakan lebih lanjut untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab posibilitas kecelakaan kerja selama proses pembangunan SUTT. Hal ini disebabkan oleh minimnya penerapan SMK3. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tingkat kemungkinan (likelihood) dan matriks level, sedangkan untuk standar yang digunakan pada penilaian tingkat risiko adalah AS/NZS 4360:2004. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada pembangunan SUTT 150 kV di Kota X diperoleh hasil indeks risiko dan matriks risiko (level) potensi risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pekerjaan erection dan pekerjaan stringing memiliki variabel risiko non-teknis, seperti dehidrasi dan tersambar petir.Kata kunci: AS/NZS 4360:2004, Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3), Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT) ABSTRACTHigh Voltage Transmission Lines (HVTL or SUTT in Indonesia terms) 150 kV construction has the potential risk of work accidents, therefore action is needed in the implementation of the construction 150 kV SUTT has the potential risk of work accidents, so that action is needed to analyze various factors that cause work accidents that may occur during the SUTT construction process. This can be caused by the lack of implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The methods used are likelihood and matrix level, while the standard used in the risk level assessment in this study is AS/NZS 4360:2004. Data were obtained from the results of discussions, interviews and questionnaires distributed to several respondents. Based from research on the X City 150 kV SUTT Development Project, the results that obtained from the analysis are value of the risk index and risk analysis matrix (level) of the potential risk of work accidents in erection tower work and in stringing tower work has a non-technical risk variable.Keywords: AS/NZS 4360:2004, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3), High Voltage Transmission Lines (SUTT)
