Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pekerja, faktor penghambat proyek padat karya dan nilai produktivitas proyek padat karya preservasi di ruas Jalan Nasional (Ruas Bts. Kota Ruteng – Km.210 – Sp. Bajawa – Malanuza – Gako) yang melintasi tiga Kabupaten yakni Manggarai, Manggarai Timur dan Ngada sepanjang 124,86 km; telah dilaksanakan pada Desember 2022 sampai dengan Februari 2023. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara responden di lapangan, diolah dan ditabulasi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel; kemudian dilakukan model pendekatan ekonometri dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui aplikasi JaSP (Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistics Program) sebagai alat bantu. Hasil penelitian pada proyek padat karya preservasi Ruas Jalan Nasional di Pulau Flores dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Umur, tingkat pendidikan formal, jenis kelamin, pengalaman melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan metode sejenis adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi karakteristik pekerja. 2) Cuaca, kearifan lokal, lokasi topografi yang curam dan jenis tanah yang cadas, manajemen material proyek, perubahan volume dan desain pekerjaan, serta masalah dengan pihak lain merupakan faktor penghambat. 3) Faktor hambatan yang tidak menentu, namun dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila dikerjakan oleh perkerja sebanyak 29 orang karena dapat menghasilkan nilai produktivitas sebanyak 8,23 km.Kata kunci: jalan, proyek padat karya, faktor pengaruh, produktivitas ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of workers, inhibiting factors of labor-intensive projects and the productivity value of preservation of labor-intensive projects on national roads (Bts. Ruteng - Km.210 - Sp. Bajawa - Malanuza - Gako) that cross three districts, namely Manggarai, Manggarai Timr and Ngada along 124.86 Km, has been carried out from December 2022 to February 2023. The data to be obtained from the results of respondents' interviews in the field are processed and tabulated using Microsoft Excel then an econometric approach model is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis through the JaSP application (Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistics Program) as an auxiliary. The results of research on labor-intensive projects of national road preservation on the island of Flores can be concluded that:1) Age, level of formal education, gender, experience of carrying out work with similar methods are factors that influence the characteristics of workers. 2) Weather, local wisdom, steep topographic location and rocky soil type, project material management, changes in the volume and design of work, and problems with others are inhibiting factors. 3) The obstacle factor in the project is uncertain, but can run well if done by 29 workers because it can produce a productivity value of 8.23 Km.Keywords: road, labor-intensive projects, influence factors, productivity

Abstract

This PkM will be implemented on 12 – 13 April 2024 with the aim of increasing knowledge and skills as well as legal awareness, productivity and the economy of PkM partners. This PkM has fostered legal awareness, increased knowledge and skills of PkM participants, as can be seen from the competency evaluation of PkM participants who before the socialization have zero score, increased to an average of 77 and inreased to 80 after mentoring. The Bondo quary material quaified as the embankment for flexible highway pavement because the soil is of type ML (USCS) and type A-1-a (0) according to AASHTO, active value of 0.90 < 1.25 categorized as normal soil, CBR soaked for 96 hours is 24% > 10%. Doesn’t qualify as aggregate A because material passes the 1½” sieve < 100% and the soaked CBR < 90%. Doesn’t qualify as aggregate B because soaked CBR is 24% < 60%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kelayakan material gunung quary Bondo sebagai timbunan pilihan, agregat kelas A dan agregat kelas B perkerasan lentur jalan raya. Hasil uji laboratorium menunjukkan bahwa jenis tanahnya memiliki batas cair 22%, indeks plastisitas 5%, lolos saringan Nomor 200 5,32% sampai 5,54%, Cu rata-rata 92,68 > 4, Cc rata-rata 5,17 > 3; Berdasarkan USCS dikategorikan sebagai GP-GM atau ML (low plasticity silt), kelompok A-1-a (0) menurut AASHTO. Nilai aktif sebesar 0,90 < 1,25 termasuk tanah normal. Berat isi kering maksimum 1,56 gr/cm3 pada kadar air optimum 22,9%, nilai CBR rendaman 96 jam sebesar 24% dan abrasi sebesar 22,49%, sehingga layak sebagai material timbunan pilihan perkerasan lentur jalan raya, tetapi tidak layak dipergunakan sebagai material agregat kelas B karena nilai CBR rendaman < 60% dan juga tidak layak dipergunakan sebagai agregat kelas A karena persen lolos saringan 1 ½ ˜ kurang dari 100% dan nilai CBR rendamannya < 90%. Kata kunci: laboratorium, layak, agregat, timbunan pilihan Abstract This research aims to evaluate the suitability of Mount Quary Bondo material as the embankment, class A and B aggregate for flexible pavement. Laboratory test results show this type of soil has LL of 22%, PI 5%, 5.32% to 5.54% passing No. 200 sieve, average Cu 92.68, average Cc 5.17 3; It is categorized as GP-GM or ML (USCS), and A-1-a (0) (AASHTO). The active value is 0.90 < 1.25 including normal soil; max dry density 1.56 gr/cm3 at 22.9% wopt, the soaked CBR of 96 hours is 24%, the abrasion is 22.69%; so it is suitable as the embankment for flexible highway pavement, but is not suitable for use as class B aggregate material because the soaked CBR < 60% and it is also not suitable for use as class A aggregate because percentage passing the 1 ½ (38,1 mm) sieve < 100% and the soaked CBR < 90%. Keywords: feasible, aggregate, selected material

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan limbah sampah plastik menjadi paving block merupakan inovasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan sekaligus menghasilkan produk konstruksi bernilai guna. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa Teknik Sipil dalam mengelola limbah plastik secara produktif dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu pra-kegiatan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap pra-kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan pre-test untuk mengkaji pengetahuan awal mahasiswa terkait konsep pengelolaan limbah, proses pengolahan, jenis plastik yang dimanfaatkan, manfaat lingkungan, serta nilai guna dan ekonomi produk. Tahap pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan teknis pembuatan paving block melalui proses pengumpulan, pembersihan, peleburan, pencampuran, dan pencetakan. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan melalui post-test, penilaian kualitas produk, dan refleksi pembelajaran. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman signifikan, dengan capaian konsep dasar 92%, proses pengolahan 84%, pengenalan produk 88%, pemahaman manfaat dan keberlanjutan 76%, serta minat pengembangan inovasi 70%. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dan paving block berkualitas baik.Abstract: The management of plastic waste into paving blocks is a community service innovation that aims to reduce environmental pollution while producing useful construction products. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Civil Engineering students in managing plastic waste productively and sustainably. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely pre-activity, implementation, and evaluation. The pre-activity stage includes socialization, counseling, and a pre-test to assess students' initial knowledge related to waste management concepts, processing, types of plastics used, environmental benefits, and the utility and economic value of the product. The implementation stage consists of technical training in paving block manufacturing through the processes of collection, cleaning, melting, mixing, and molding. The evaluation stage was conducted through post-tests, product quality assessments, and learning reflections. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, with achievements of 92% in basic concepts, 84% in processing, 88% in product recognition, 76% in understanding benefits and sustainability, and 70% in interest in innovation development. This activity resulted in an increase in student competence and high-quality paving blocks.
