Abstract

The research is entitled “The Difference of Service Quality Between Alfamart minimarket and Indomaret Minimarket in Kupang City”. The problem formulation in this research was whether there was difference of service quality reviewed from physical evidence(tangible), empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurances between Alfamart and Indomaret minimarket in Kupang city. The aim of this research was to analyze the difference of Service Quality Between Alfamart minimarket and Indomaret Minimarket in Kupang city reviewed from service qualities aspect that were physical product, empaty, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling technique. The primary data collection method is with questionnaires. The primary data used in this research amounted to 96 people per object then the total samples were 192 people. The analysis tool used was an independent sample t- test. The research result showed that there was no difference between service quality of Alfamart and Indomaret Minimarket in Kupang city reviewed from five variables that were tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurances.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Effect of Working Hours on Employee Performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City, The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an Effect of Working Hours on Employee Performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City, The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours on employee performance CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant Oetete Kupang City. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation, the population in this study amounted to 34 respondents using saturated sampling techniques where all populations were sampled. All data in this study were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation, then analyzed by validity, reliability, simple linear regression normality test and T test. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for windows. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of working hours on employee performance at CV. Trimitra Binatama Consultant and. This research supports the importance of managing working hours in an effort to improve employee performance. The variable working hours (X) explains that employee performance (Y) regression model shows that only about 24.2% of the employee performance variable can be explained by working hours, the identified relationship remains significant and relevant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence on Compensation on Organizational Commitment in employees of the East Nusa Tenggara Branch of the Employment BPJS. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The number of population respondents was 35 people who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is using observation, interviews and questionnaires this research uses simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of simple linear regression, it is known that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on organizational commitment in employees of the East Nusa Tenggara Branch of the Employment BPJS. This is evidenced by the result that the significant level is 0.706 <0.05, so the regression mode can be used to predict the compensation variable or in other words there is a significant influence between the compensation variable (X) on organizational commitment (Y). the results of hypothesis testing state that the t-count value is 9.140> than the t-table value of 2.03, it can be said that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. In the sense that there is a significant effect on compensation on organizational commitment in employees of the East Nusa Tenggara Branch of the Employment BPJS.
