Abstract

The sugar industry has an increasingly complex challenge in the face of global competition and demands for innovation. New technologies are seen as one of the keys to achieving sustainable innovation and competitiveness. In this study, we propose a qualitative approach to investigating sugar industry strategies in implementing new technologies. This approach enables a deep understanding of the organizational dynamics, challenges, and opportunities that arise during the implementation process. The research will involve a qualitative analysis of how the sugar industry understands, chooses, and adopts new technologies, as well as their impact on production processes, efficiency, and competitive advantage. We will conduct in-depth interviews with key stakeholders in the sugar industry, such as producers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts. The results of this research are expected to provide in- depth insights into the importance of new technologies in achieving innovation and competitiveness in the sugary industry. Besides, this research also has the potential to contribute to a theoretical understanding of the role of technology in industrial innovation. Abstrak: Industri gula memiliki tantangan yang semakin kompleks dalam menghadapi persaingan global dan tuntutan untuk berinovasi. Teknologi baru dianggap sebagai salah satu kunci untuk mencapai inovasi dan daya saing yang berkelanjutan. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengusulkan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menginvestigasi strategi industri gula dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi baru. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika organisasi, tantangan, dan peluang yang muncul selama proses implementasi. Penelitian ini akan melibatkan analisis kualitatif terhadap bagaimana industri gula memahami, memilih, dan mengadopsi teknologi baru, serta dampaknya terhadap proses produksi, efisiensi, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Kami akan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan utama dalam industri gula, seperti produsen, pengusaha, dan pakar industri. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang pentingnya teknologi baru dalam mencapai inovasi dan daya saing dalam industri gula. Temuan kami akan memberikan panduan praktis bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis terkait implementasi teknologi baru. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berpotensi untuk menyumbang pada pemahaman teoritis tentang peran teknologi dalam inovasi industri. Abstract

The study was conducted to analyse the implementation of Lego games to internalise the values of the 1945 Constitution of Indonesia in the formation of the character of children in early childhood. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach, conducted during the second semester of 2026 at RA Nahdlatul Ulum Pakes, with 16 preschool children as subjects. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study conducted by the researcher indicate that internalisation of the values of pancasila using lego games in a structured manner through group activities, discussions, role plays and joint task completion can internalise the values of pancasila, responsibility, gotong royong and musyawarah. This activity increases children's involvement and develops their ability to work together and communicate. However, some children were unable to participate optimally due to differences in character, self-confidence, and communication skills. This study shows the positive impact of Lego on children and demonstrates that it can be used as a relevant teaching strategy to support the formation of children's characters through meaningful learning.
