Abstract

The concept of Green Human Resource Management is expected to be a solution to these problems. This research was conducted to see the implementation of the GHRM concept in Company XYZ as a company engaged in the mining industry. There are several benchmarks, namely Green Training and Development and Green Performance Appraisals and Rewards, and observations of the implementation of goal 8 and goal 13 in SDG's points. Data was obtained by means of interviews with PT XYZ employees and also studies on secondary data sources. The results showed that there was an application of GHRM activities carried out by PT XYZ employees, but the company has not directly stated using the GHRM concept. SDG's activities have also been well implemented, in line with the company's objectives and also the implementation of GHRM

Abstract

Transportasi umum memainkan peran penting dalam mobilitas perkotaan termasuk di Jakarta yang merupakan kota metropolitan padat penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemilihan transportasi umum oleh Generasi Z di Jakarta. Melalui survei dan analisis data, penelitian ini menggali preferensi dan persepsi Generasi Z terhadap keselamatan, keamanan, keandalan, kenyamanan, kebersihan, waktu tempuh, biaya, dan aksesibilitas transportasi umum di Jakarta. Sampel mencakup seluruh individu Generasi Z yang beraktivitas di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis faktor. Dari 24 variabel, 21 variabel yang saling terkait membentuk 6 faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pilihan Generasi Z dalam menggunakan transportasi umum di Jakarta. Temuan mengungkap bahwa faktor Keselamatan memiliki eigenvalue sebesar 6.155, faktor Waktu Tempuh sebesar 2.996, faktor Biaya sebesar 1.991, faktor Aksesibilitas sebesar 1.604, faktor Kenyamanan sebesar 1.136, dan faktor Keandalan sebesar 1.001
