Abstract

Government policies in tourism development in the Bandung City area have an important role in improving the tourism sector as one of the main economic sectors. This research aims to analyze government policies that have been implemented and their impact on tourism development in Bandung City. The research method used is literature study and policy analysis. The results show that the Bandung City government has implemented various policies that support the development and development of tourism. Some of the policies adopted include improving tourism infrastructure, developing tourist attractions, promoting tourism, training and developing tourism human resources, and revamping tourism regulations. These policies aim to increase Bandung's tourism attractiveness, improve accessibility, improve service quality, and improve tourism sustainability. The impact of this policy can be seen in the increase in the number of tourist visits to Bandung City, economic growth in the tourism sector, increased employment, and increased regional income. In addition, tourism also contributes positively to social and cultural development, and improves the image of Bandung City as an attractive tourist destination. This research can also be useful for providing reference information for the Bandung City government and other stakeholders in making decisions regarding tourism development.

Abstract

The porpuse of the research is to determine the quality of servicein the government apparatus based electronic passport, in this study using 5 indicators that tangible, Responsiviness, Realibility, Assurance, and Empathy. And alsosee at the factors that influence the quality of service indicators Organizations, Human Resource, and Service System. The methoduse disdescriptive quantitative method using frequency distribution, and the data collection were interviews, observation, documentation andquestionnaires. With research sites at the Immigration Office Class 1 Bandung. Results ofthe research is that thequality of service in thegovernment apparatus based electronic passport given tothe publicis Very Good”as indicated by the scale 4.21cumulative indexofthe highest value 5.The variables that have the highest value is in the variable Assurance (Warranty) with a score value of 4.60 with the category of “Very Good” and the variable that gets the lowest score by the public is the variable empathy with a score value of 3.97although the category of “Good”. As for the factor of influence in the organization’s services are among the factors, for cesor human resources and service system. Then there commendations givent o the immigration office in Bandung is in grade 1 to further enhancethe quality of His ministry, especially in the Empathy dimension of hospitality, courtesy and discriminatory actions in serving.

Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah terhadap bea cukai memiliki peran penting dalam mengatur dan mengawasi perdagangan internasional suatu negara. Salah satu aspek yang menjadi fokus dalam kebijakan bea cukai adalah regulasi terhadap barang-barang impor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah terkait bea cukai terhadap liquid.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang dilakukan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan deskriptif dan komparatif yang menganalisis setiap gap dalam penelitian sebelumnya yang selaras dengan objek peneltian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah terhadap bea cukai terhadap liquid telah diatur melalui undang-undang dan peraturan yang spesifik. Pembahasan penelitian ini menyoroti berbagai aspek kebijakan, termasuk tarif bea cukai, prosedur impor dan ekspor, pengawasan dan penegakan hukum, serta kerja sama internasional dalam hal liquid.Dampak dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kebijakan bea cukai terhadap liquid kepada pemerintah, pengusaha, dan masyarakat umum. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan adil terkait liquid. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan masukan kepada pengusaha dan pelaku industri dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan impor dan ekspor liquid dengan memahami peraturan dan persyaratan bea cukai yang berlaku.
