Abstract

The problem that many postoperative patients experience is pain complaints caused by surgical wounds or surgical wounds. So that it results in patients not being happy, restless, and various disorders that are felt differently. So non-pharmacological therapy is needed to overcome the pain felt, namely by doing dhikr therapy. the application of dhikr relaxation therapy was carried out, namely to see how the application of dhikr relaxation therapy to the scale of pain in postoperative patients. Using a descriptive method in the form of a case study of the two respondents by focusing on the implementation of dhikr relaxation therapy to reduce postoperative pain by giving it for 3 days. Dhikr relaxation therapy has an effect on the change in the postoperative pain scale so that the acute pain experienced by patients is reduced. Patient 1 from scale 6 to scale 3 and the second patient from scale 6 to scale 2. Dhikr therapy in postoperative patients with pain is effectively able to reduce surgical wound pain and can be developed in future studies.

Abstract

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a special room for patients who are critically ill to receive special medical and nursing services in a hospital. This is associated with several conditions and situations, for example heart disease and other conditions that affect the heart can cause hemodynamic instability. An unstable hemodynamic condition carries a high risk of potential complications that can cause death. Non-pharmacological therapy to reduce hemodynamic status is by using Murottal Surah Ar-Rahman therapy. To find out the results of applying the effect of Murottal Surah Ar Rahman therapy on hemodynamic status in inpatients in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. The design used was qualitative with descriptive methods using pre-test and post-test case studies, the application of therapy was carried out 3 days for 16 minutes on 2 respondents. Based on the results of the implementation, there was a decrease in hemodynamic status after Murottal Surat Ar Rahman Therapy was carried out. Murottal Surat Ar Rahman therapy can be used as a non-pharmacological technique or independent intervention in patients with inpatient hemodynamic status

Abstract

A fracture is an interrupted occurrence of bone continuity determined by the type and extent of the injury. One of his treatments is Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF). A common problem in post-operative patients is pain, so it requires non-pharmacological implementation of one of which is compressed ice gel pack. To find out the results of ice gel pack compression therapy in post-operative patients. The application was performed with a descriptive method of case study to 2 respondents with a diagnosis of fracture and performed the operation Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) performed 6 hours after the operation for 1x within 10-15 minutes. Based on the results of the application already performed there was a decrease in the intensity of pain in postoperative patients. ice gel pack compression therapy can be used as one of the non-pharmacological techniques or independent intervention in post-operative patients in particular on the action Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF)
