Abstract

Angsana Tourism Village is one of the many tourist villages in Setu Village, Jasinga District, Bogor Regency. With the existence of this tourist village, it is a dream to provide opportunities and possibilities for the surrounding community to utilize the potential and resources contained in this tourist village to support the sustainability and growth of tourism in the Angsana tourist village. The community service method used is a participatory qualitative method, with data collection techniques of observation, surveys and training. The development plan for this tourism country is Human Resources training. In this training, it can provide new knowledge for the people of Angsana Village. The training was carried out to equip the residents of Angsana Village regarding homestay standardization starting from the introduction of making beds, steps in making beds, and simulating making beds and so on with table set up and bathroom cleaning training. From a student's perspective, this training allows them to remember the lessons taught and apply the knowledge gained in the Angsana village community.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah memegang peranan penting dalammeningkatkan perekonomian lokal dan nasional. Salah satu langkah krusial dalam mendukungpertumbuhan UMKM adalah dengan memberikan akses kepada mereka untuk memperoleh nomor induk berusaha (NIB) dan hak kekayaan intelektual (HAKI). Dengan adanya sistem Online Single Submission yang disediakan oleh pemerintah, pelaku UMKM dapat mendaftarkan usahanya dengan mudah menggunakan teknologi. Namun masih banyak pelaku usaha yang belum paham akan tata cara pengajuan NIB dan HAKI dikarenakan keterbatasan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pemberdayaan umkm kepada restoran "Ayam Geprek Chick Boom" melalui penerapan NIB dan HAKI. Pendekatan pendampingan dilakukan dengan melibatkan tim peneliti bersama pelaku UMKM dalam rangka memahami, menyederhanakan, dan memfasilitasi proses perolehan NIB serta pendaftaran HAKI. ABSTRACTThe development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises plays an important role inimproving the local and national economy. One of the crucial steps in supporting the growth ofMSMEs is to provide them with access to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB) andIntellectual Property Rights (HAKI). With the Online Single Submission system provided by thegovernment, MSMEs can register their businesses easily using technology. However, many business actors who still do not understand the procedures for applying for NIB and IPR due tolimited knowledge. This research aims to make a real contribution in empowering MSMEs to the"Ayam Geprek Chick Boom" restaurant through the application of NIB and IPR. The mentoringapproach was carried out by involving a research team with MSME actors in order to understand, simplify and facilitate the process of obtaining NIB and registering IPR.
