Abstract

Introduction: Rice is one of the main staple foods for Indonesians. The consumption of rice in Indonesian society is increasing every year along with the increasing population of Indonesia. Objective: this Research will test the effectiveness of stale rice MOL organic fertilizer in accelerating the growth rate of Bok choy plants. Method: This Research used experimental research methods to determine the effect of using MOL fertilizer on the growth rate of Bok choy plant height. This research will use a Completely Randomized Design as the design method and with 3 research subjects namely the analytical method to be used in this study is one-way ANOVA with LSD/BNT follow-up test Result and Discussion: it was found that the average growth of plant height given MOL fertilizer on the leaves (S2) had the highest plant growth rate. MOL fertilizer can increase plant height growth 0.2 cm faster than those not fertilized, Conclusions: The results of applying MOL fertilizer to Bok choy plants affect the growth of Bok choy plant height but not significantly. The fastest growth is in the treatment given to the leaves of the plant

Abstract

Introduction: The existence of sex links was first discovered by T. H. Morgan and C. B. Bridger in 1910. He found the existence of derivatives that are not in accordance with Mendel's concept. Objective: This study used Drosophila melanogaster with N (wild type) and m (miniature) strains. The crosses performed are N><m and its reciprocal. The results of the cross will be observed regarding the phenotype of the F1 offspring until the resulting F2 is obtained. Method: This research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection was done by direct observation. The data collected are sex and phenotype of Drosophila melanogaster strain N (normal) and strain m (miniature) for 7 consecutive days. Data analysis used was through comparison of cross reconstruction and chi square test. Result and Discussion: The crossing ratio obtained from the F1 cross N >< m with the result of N and N pups respectively are 1:1 after crossing with each other obtained N, N, m pupswith a ratio of 1.1:1, 8:1 respectively. While the reciprocal of the F1 cross m >< N with N and m pups is 1:1 after crossing each other, we get N, N, m, m pupswith a ratio of 1.2:1, 2:1:1 respectively Conclusions: Sex Linking Phenomenon occurred in F2 of m x N cross

Abstract

The implementation of learning for high school biology subjects in the Kurikulum Merdeka still often encounters obstacles. This study aims to analyze the application of the connected integrated learning model to improve learning outcomes. This research involved all 8 class XI Science students at SMA Surya Buana who were positioned as research subjects. Learning outcome data was collected using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results of this research show that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of class XI Science students by implementing the connected integrated learning model. Following up on the findings in this research, the connected integrated learning model is recommended with certain specific characteristics.
