Abstract

               Rendahnya cakupan pemberian ASI di dunia bahkan di Indonesia. Menurut data WHO tahun 2014, secara global hanya 38% bayi yang mendapat ASI eksklusif. Adanya pandemi Covid 19 yang menyebabkan terganggunya akses layanan kesehatan esensial seperti konseling menyusui di rumah sakit, klinik kesehatan, dan melalui kun.jungan ke rumah. Beredarnya informasi tidak tepat tentang keamanan menyusui selama pandemi ini juga menyebabkan turunnya angka ibu menyusui akibat takut menularkan penyakit kepada bayi. Salah satu faktor rendahnya cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah karena masih rendahnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran para ibu. Melakukan promosi kesehatan melalui kegiatan penyuluhan diharapkan dapat mengatasi persoalan terkait dengan rendahnya pemberian ASI eksklusif akibat rendahnya motivasi ibu. Dari hasil kegiatan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil pengetahuan dan sikap menunjukan hasil yang sama dimana untuk pengetahuan ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan begitupun dangan sikap sebelum dan sesudah

Abstract

Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) ditemukan hampir di seluruh belahan dunia terutama di negara-negara tropik dan subtropik. Masalah Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Indonesia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang cenderung meningkat jumlah penderita serta semakin luas penyebarannya sejalan dengan meningkatnya mobilitas dan kepadatan penduduk. Metode yang digunakan pada penyuluhan ini yaitu metode ceramah dengan media yang telah disediakan yaitu leaflet yang akan kami bagikan kepada peserta penyuluhan. Untuk melihat pemahaman peserta terkait tema yang kami bawakan kelak maka kami akan memberikan kuesioner sebelum penyuluhan (pre) dan sesudah penyuluhan (post). Dari hasil kegiatan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil pengetahuan dan sikap menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda dimana untuk pengetahuan ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan sedangkan sikapnya tidak ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan.

Abstract

Good logistic management can have a big impact on service quality, therefore, logistic management needs to be monitored to know the weakness and strengths in its operatoonal implementation so that corrective can be taken for the implementation of logistic management which is not optimal. This studi aims to determine the implementation process of Non-Medical logistic management at the Syekh Yusuf Regional Public Hospital Gowa which focuses on the procurement process, storagr process, process of distribution, usage process, maintenance process, and process of deletion. This type of research used qualitative which aims to determine more deeply about the management of non-medical logistic at the Syekh Yusuf Hospital of Gowa. By conducting in-depth interviews and observations to informans.The research result from the procurement process indicators had not been categorized good, even though in essence the procurement of goods had used direct procurement and tender process. The strorage process had been categorized good. The distribution process had not been categorized as good because if the goods suddenly arrived when needed, the user had to wait because of logistic procurement once in a while a year. Then in the process of maintaining the goods has been effective. Management logistic on the elimination process can be categorized as good. Syekh Yusuf Hospital Gowa is expected to I,prove the procurement process at least every 6 month.

Abstract

Waiting time is the time used by patients to get outpatient service from the place of registration to getting doctor medical check up. Patient waiting time is one component has the potential cause dissatifaction. Purpose of this study was to look at the factors affect waiting time for service in outpatient instaations during covid-19 pandemic RSUD Luwuk Banggai. This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional study design. Data collection used a questionnare. Sampel in this study were patients in the outpatients installations RSUD Luwuk Banggai. Total of 85 people. Data analysis used chi-Square test Indicate registration administration has effecton waiting time for service in outpatient installation (p value 0,000 < 0,05). Facilities and infrastructure affect affect patient waiting time from registering to receiving doctor service for 64,82 minutes. Registration administration, human resources and infrastructure have an affect on patient waiting time and patient waiting time in outpatient instalation service not in accordinate with established standard be appointed because medical record still manual and doctor slow in conducting medical check up. Expected the hospital used medical records based on SMIRS and increase the number of doctors.

Abstract

Background: With the online queuing application at RSUD Haji Makassar, registration should be able to run effectively. However, the queuing system at the Makassar Haji Hospital is not working well or can be said to be ineffective because patients still choose to register offline compered to registering online via the Makassar Haji Hospital queuing application which has been provided by the hospital.Objective: To determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of the online queuing system for outpatiens at RSUD Haji Makassar. Method: The research used was quantitative research using cross-sectional methods. Data collections used aquestionnaire, the sample in study was 95 systems users (patiens) at RSUD Haji Makassar. Data analysis using the chi-square test, namely to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Research results: There is an influence of relative advantage (p=0.002), compability (p=0.000),complexity (p=0.000), possibility of trying (tryability) (p=0.000), ease observed (observability) (p=0.000), on the effectiveness of the online queuing system at RSUD Haji Makassar.Conclusion: The factors in all variables examined in this study show that there is an influence on the effectiveness of the online queuing system. It is hoped that RSUD Haji Makassar will hold outreach and education to increase the effectiveness of the online queue system

Abstract

Incident reporting is the starting point in a patient safety program. Reposrting patient safety incident at RSUP Dr. tadjuddin Chalid Makassar accured an increase from 9 reports in 2019 and 11 reportis in 2021. This means that awareness of reporting patient safety incidents is still lacking at RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. Research purposes: the aim of this research wa to find out what the casual factors are low reporting in patient safety incidents at RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. Method: this study a quantitative method whit a cross design sectional. sampling technique using total sampling. respondens on this study amounted to 102 nuses. Results and Discussion: The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and low reporting in patient safety incidents (p = 0.277 ≥ 0.05) was due many nurses did not know how to report, feelings will be afraid of being blamed, and there was is no relationship between rewards and low reporting of patient safety incidents (p = 0.188 ≥ 0.05) because the hospital has not implemented a reward system and there is a relationship between motivation and low reporting of patient safety incidents (p = 0.48 < 0.05),66 indicating that nurses have strong motivation to report reporting patient safety incidents. Suggestion: It is hoped that hospitals can increase the knowledge of nurses to remain consistent in reporting patient safety incidents and hospital leaders must support activities or programs that lead to patient safety.

Abstract

The medical committee is a non-structural body whose members are selected from among the heads of functional medical staff (SMF) or those representing SMF in the hospital. Objective : This study aims to evaluate the role of the nursing medical committee and its influence on the quality of inpatient services at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. Method : Analytic descriptive method with the design used crosssectional design Result : Logistic regression analysis showed a significant influence between the role of the medical committee and the quality of inpatient services with a value of p=0.002. Further quality of inpatient services with a value of p=0.002. Further logistic regression analysis showed that the role of the medical committee had a very large influence on service quality, with an Exp(B) value of 44,000. This indicates that each increase in the role of the medical committee can increase the likelihood of good service quality by 44 times. Overall, the results of this study indicate that the role of the nursing medical committee is very influential in improving the quality of inpatient services at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. This finding is expected to be the basis for developing strategies to improve service quality in the hospital. Suggestion : Ensure that the roles and responsibilities of the medical committee and nurses are clear and mutually supportiveThe medical committee should have a deep understanding of the care process, while nurses need to know how the role of the medical committee can influence and support their practice.

Abstract

Momen Amalia, Title "Overview of the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety at Labuang Bajı Regional General Hospital, Makassar". Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) of 35 million health workers 3 million exposed to blood pathogens (2 million exposed to HBV virus) 0.9 million exposed to HBC virus and 170,000 exposed to HIV/AIDS virus There can be 15,000 HBC, 70,000 HBV and 1000 HIV cases. More than 90% occur in developing countries 8-12% of hospital workers are sensitive to latex. The probability of HIV transmission after a needle stick injury contaminated with HIV is 4:1000. The risk of HBV transmission after a needle stick injury contaminated with HBV is 27-37:1009 The purpose of this study was to determine the Description of the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety in the Inpatient Installation at Labuang Bajı Hospital, Makassar. The research method used is a qualitative method with post-positivism or enterpretive techniques and hand observation. Research shows that the implementation of Risk Management has not been carried out optimally. Work accidents that occur and the dangers of risks around the hospital environment and the lack of reports of work accident cases.
