Abstract

Latar belakang: Kolelitiasis merupakan masalah kesehatan global dengan insidensi tinggi, memengaruhi sekitar 10–20% populasi dewasa dunia, dengan prevalensi 6,1% dan insidensi 0,47 per 100 orang/tahun. Penyakit ini bersifat multifaktorial, dipengaruhi faktor demografis, genetik, serta komorbid metabolik seperti Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 (DM tipe 2), obesitas, dan dislipidemia.  Ultrasonografi (USG) merupakan metode pemeriksaan radiologis yang paling sering digunakan untuk mendeteksi batu empedu pada penyakit ini.  Tujuan:  Untuk mengetahui gambaran USG pasien kolelitiasis dengan komorbid metabolik di RS R. D. Kandou Manado periode Mei 2024 – Mei 2025.  Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif retrospektif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis pasien kolelitiasis dengan komorbid metabolik yang melakukan pemeriksaan USG kandung empedu di Bagian Radiologi RS R. D. Kandou Manado periode Mei 2024 – Mei 2025 dengan metode total sampling.  Hasil: Data dari 60 sampel telah dianalisis dan ditemukan dominasi kelompok usia >65 tahun (36,67%) dan jenis kelamin perempuan (53,33%).  Komorbid metabolik tersering pada penelitian ini adalah DM tipe 2 (31,67%).  Adapun karakteristik gambaran USG batu empedu didominasi oleh batu multipel (63,33%) dan berukuran <10 mm (56,67%).  Simpulan: Pasien kolelitiasis dengan komorbid metabolik didominasi oleh kelompok usia >65 tahun, perempuan, komorbid metabolik tunggal DM tipe 2.

Abstract

Cholelithiasis is a common condition with a global prevalence of 6.1% and is often associated with metabolic risk factors that are also found in fatty liver disease. Fatty liver which in this study was determined through ultrasound often coexists with cholelithiasis, particularly in patients with metabolic syndrome. Ultrasound is the primary method due to its accuracy and non-invasiveness. To determine the ultrasound findings of cholelithiasis patients with fatty liver at R. D. Kandou Hospital from March 2023 to February 2025. This study was a retrospective descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was obtained using total sampling by including all medical records that met the study criteria. 84 patients with cholelithiasis and fatty liver disease were found to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The majority of patients were female (60.7%) and most were in the 56–65 age group (41.7%). The most common degree of fatty liver disease was mild (65.5%). Based on gallstone characteristics, most patients had a single stone (54.8%) and a stone size ?10 mm (53.6%). Patients with cholelithiasis and fatty liver were predominantly female, aged 56–65 years, had mild fatty liver, a single stone, and a stone size ?10 mm.
