Abstract

Because the level of employee satisfaction with the facilities provided by the company greatly influences the stability of the company, companies must be able to understand the needs of their employees. This study will investigate whether compensation also influences job satisfaction of foreign capital companies in the manufacturing industry in Karawang. This research uses the concept of descriptive and verification research, and the aim of descriptive research is to get an overview of the characteristics of the variable application of compensation and job satisfaction. The research results show that the compensation variables measured indicate that most middle line managers believe that employees receive compensation for all the work they do, whether in the form of money or not. So, research finds that compensation influences job satisfaction in a small way.

Abstract

Business turnover is greatly influenced by leadership. If a leader does not understand how to manage a company, it will have a negative impact on the company itself. Therefore, this research will investigate how leadership variables have a partial impact on middle managers in foreign capital companies in Tangerang. Quantitative descriptive is used to collect data. The research results show that leadership must devote all their attention and continuously strive to help and support employee success. As leaders, superiors understand various new strategies that are useful for achieving big company goals. So, the leadership variable influences the company's Middle Manager partially, both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

The progress of each company is greatly influenced by the leadership role of a company. Therefore, it is very important to determine whether transformational leadership has an impact on the level of employee satisfaction in foreign capital companies in the manufacturing sector in Bekasi. The concepts of descriptive and verification research are used in this research. As a transformational leader, superiors understand various new strategies that are useful for achieving the company's big goals and always try to help and support employee success, according to the research results of respondents to the transformational leadership variable. So, the conclusion is that transformational leadership only affects the level of job satisfaction.

Abstract

It is estimated that many employees who are dissatisfied with the service they receive at their workplace will have a negative impact on the progress of their company. So, we have to see whether job satisfaction has a big influence. This study will investigate whether job satisfaction has an impact on company work loyalty in foreign capital companies in the Bogor manufacturing sector. The research collected data using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that the job satisfaction variable influences work loyalty in Foreign Capital Companies (PMA) in the manufacturing sector in the cities of Bogor with a significant level of 71.2%. Therefore, the results show that the job satisfaction variable influences work loyalty.
