Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi pondasi pendidikan dan pembinaan akklaq peserta didik. Dengan berbasis tasawuf akhlaqi maka pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi penting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tentang pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP IT Manufa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tasawuf aklaqi yang ada dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP IT Manufa yaitu (1) Kesinambungan antara hakikat dengan syariat, yaitu keterkaitan antara tasawuf (sebagai aspek batiniahnya) dan fiqh (sebagai aspek lahirnya). (2) Lebih bersifat mengajarkan dualisme dalam hubungan dengan Tuhan dan manusia. (3) Lebih terkonsentrasi pada soal pembinaan, pendidikan akhlak dan pengobatan jiwa dengan cara latihan mental.

Abstract

The Pesantren Law holds significant importance in strengthening and preserving the traditions of pesantren, enabling these institutions to continue shaping the character and morals of the younger generation in alignment with noble Islamic values. This study examines the role of the Pesantren Law in reinforcing pesantren traditions at Pondok Pesantren Al-Arifiyah, Pekalongan City. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the findings reveal two key roles of the Pesantren Law. First, the administrative aspect enhances the values of simplicity, humility (ketawadhu'an), knowledge, and sincerity embedded in the kitab kuning (classical Islamic texts) curriculum, which must be integrated into the Simba PD Pontren system managed by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs. Second, the financial role is evident in the utilisation of the Smart Indonesia Programme, providing learning capital for santri (students) at Al-Arifiyah. The educational outcomes of the santri are showcased during the traditional Haflah Akhirussanah ceremony, reflecting values of gratitude and creativity. This study underscores the critical role of the Pesantren Law in institutional development and the preservation of pesantren traditions while supporting student growth and educational achievements.

Abstract

Business management helps business managers formulate clear business goals and plan steps to achieve them. With good business management, it can be easier for business managers to maximize existing resources. The purpose of this service is to provide training and education about business management for canteen managers at Manufa Islamic Boarding School. This service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of this research are: (1) Business managers can understand the importance of business management. (2) Business managers can be more skilled in planning their canteen business activities. (3) Business managers are better able to manage employees effectively. (4) Business managers realize the importance of coordination in their canteen business. (5) Business managers become more skilled in evaluating the performance of their canteen business objectively and critically.

Abstract

The enhancement of teacher competence is a crucial responsibility that lies with the educators themselves. Given the ever-evolving challenges faced by students, including learning difficulties, bullying, and issues like sexual harassment, it becomes imperative for teachers to continually upgrade their skills and knowledge. This study aims to explore the pivotal role played by the Guru Belajar Nusantara community in Pekalongan in the advancement of teacher competence. This research adopts a qualitative approach, employing a case study research type to delve into the subject matter. The findings of this study highlight several key aspects: Advocating for Teacher Independence: The Guru Belajar Nusantara community in Pekalongan actively contributes to the cause of teacher independence. By supporting teachers' autonomy in their professional development, they help enhance their pedagogical competence and overall professionalism. Fostering Competence Development: The community ensures that every teacher has equitable opportunities to enhance their competence. This commitment to professional growth is instrumental in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers and elevating their professionalism. Facilitating Collaborative Empowerment: The Guru Belajar Nusantara community in Pekalongan actively engages in empowering teachers through diverse collaborations. This collaborative approach plays a significant role in boosting teachers' social competence, enabling them to navigate the complexities of the educational landscape more effectively. In summary, this research underscores the critical role played by the Guru Belajar Nusantara community in Pekalongan in championing teacher independence, fostering competence development, and facilitating collaborative empowerment. These endeavors collectively contribute to improving the overall competence and professionalism of teachers in the Pekalongan region.
