Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran percepatan transformasi digital dalam keberlanjutan bisnis dan pemulihan ekonomi UMKM di Kota Palembang pascapandemi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara dengan membagikan 30 kuesioner pada pelaku UMKM di kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa percepatan transformasi digital sangat berperan dalam keberlanjutan bisnis dan pemulihan ekonomi UMKM di Kota Palembang pasca. Percepatan transformasi digital berperan sangat penting dalam keberlanjutan bisnis dan pemulihan ekonomi UMKM di Kota Palembang pascapandemi dimana pemerintah dan instansi ikut andil dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan webinar yang dapa meningkatkan serta membuka peluang usaha bisnis para UMKM.

Abstract

Shopee is one of the buying and selling marketplaces that is now in great demand by the public. Research Objectives to determine the effect of Transactions, Feature Variations, and Transaction Security on Shopee Customer Loyalty. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling method is purposive sampling technique and as many as 100 respondents. The data used is primary data. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the Ease of Transaction with a value (t-count 3.039> t-table 1.984, and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05), Feature Variety with a value (t-count 2.341> t-table 1.984, and a significant value of 0.021 <0.05), and Transaction Security with a value of (t-count 3.718> t-table 1.984, and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05) have a positive and significant effect on Shopee Customer Loyalty for residents of Villa Sukajaya Indah, Sukarami, Palembang City. And the three variables together have a positive and significant effect with a value of (f-count 7,591> f-table 2,700, and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05) on Shopee Customer Loyalty in residents of Villa Sukajaya Indah, Sukarami, Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level and income level on interest in cash waqf with religiosity as a mediating variable. This is a quantitative study. The population consists of 90 Muslim civil servants. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, validity and reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that educational level has a positive and significant effect on religiosity, income level has a positive and significant effect on religiosity, educational level does not affect interest in monetary waqf, income level has a positive and significant effect on interest in monetary waqf, & religiosity has a positive & significant effect on interest in monetary waqf. Educational level has a positive and significant effect on interest in monetary waqf with religiosity as a mediating variable, and income level has a positive and significant effect on interest in monetary waqf with religiosity as a mediating variable. Therefore, it is recommended that the government implement regular religious programs in the work environment of Muslim civil servants because religiosity has been proven to be the main factor driving interest in monetary waqf.

Abstract

The Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) South Sumatra Zakat Management Institution (LAZ) is a registered and recognized institu tion by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia that manages zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds. In managing ZIS funds, the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) South Sumatra faces several problems, namely collection, distribution, volunteers, and education. Risk management is a series of procedures used to identify, assess, control, and monitor risks arising from an activity. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of risk management implementation and the risk mitigation strategies carried out by LAZ IZI South Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative method where data is collected through interviews with three main sources, namely the head of the IZI South Sumatra office, the head of the collection division, and the head of the distribution division. In addition, this study also uses the observa tion method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of risk management by IZI South Sumatra is not yet optimal because IZI does not implement risk assessment. However, in terms of risk mitigation, the mitigation measures implemented by IZI are very good at handling existing risks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh live streaming dan diskon harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion Shella Saukia melalui e-commerce TikTok di Palembang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 96 responden yang merupakan konsumen Shella Saukia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial live streaming berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Diskon harga juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk fashion Shella Saukia melalui TikTok Shop. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi diskon lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dibandingkan pemanfaatan live streaming.   This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming and price discounts on purchasing decisions of Shella Saukia fashion products through TikTok e-commerce in Palembang City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents who were consumers of Shella Saukia. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially, live streaming had a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price discounts also had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables together had a significant influence on consumers’ purchasing decisions of Shella Saukia fashion products through TikTok Shop. These findings indicate that discount strategies are more effective in increasing purchasing decisions compared to the use of live streaming.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan mengenai bagaimana cara pelatihan supaya dapat menambah pendapatan pelaku UMKM menggunakan Pemasaran Syariah dalam kondisi Pandemi Covid yang berbasis E-Business. Saat Pandemi Covid terjadi terjadi PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat) dimana masyarakat dituntut untuk bekerja dan berbisnis dari rumah yang secara tidak langsung membuat pelaku UMKM harus bisa menggunakan platform-platform online, oleh karena itulah perlu adanya Pelatihan E-Business dengan kiat-kita pemecahan permasalahan diantaranya: (1) Produk yang sesuai dengan minat yang ditekuni; (2) Penambahan pendapatan Pelaku UMKM di Kondisi Pandemi Covid Berbasis Pemasaran Syariah; (3) Memaksimalkan Bisnis Online menjadi Taktik Pemasaran, yaitu melalui Platform-platform online seperti Facebook dan Instagram serta E-Market seperti shopee dan tokopedia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of trust, convenience and risk on online beauty product purchasing decisions through e-commerce of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students. This study uses a quantitative research design aimed at consumers or users of e-commerce shopee, tiktok shop and facebook on UIN Raden Fatah students. with a data collection method using a questionnaire. for sampling in this study in the form of probability sampling with a sampling technique using a simple random sampling technique of 100 people with the help of IBM SPSS 26 program analysis. The results of this study indicate that trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase beauty products through e-commerce. Convenience has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase beauty products through e-commerce. Risk has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase beauty products through e-commerce. Simultaneously, trust, convenience and risk together have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase beauty products online through e-commerce on UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students.
