Abstract

The agreement of the two parties in entering into an agreement is part of the legal requirements for the validity of the agreement. The purpose of this study is to determine the fee rate determined by BSI management, the fee disparity set by BSI Smart Agent management with similar services, and the perspective of the samsarah contract on fee levels and their disparities with similar services. This research explores a descriptive method and the data was collected through interviews and documentation. The study found that, based on data analysis in the agreement, BSI management has arranged systematically and clearly regarding the level of fees in which the agent will receive. In the agreement, it is stated that the agent must comply with all the conditions set. The fee disparity occurs because BSI management has set rules for fee rates but the agent does not understand the rules that have been approved and ratified by both parties, in which this action causes the contract requirements not to be fulfilled. This study concludes that in reality there is a problem in the implementation of the samsarah contract carried out by the agent, namely applying a different fee system from the contents of the agreement without the consent of both parties

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran menelaah struktur teks laporan percobaan menggunakan model jigsaw di kelas IX MTsN 4 Pidie Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RPP yang dirancang guru sudah sesuai dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw dan secara keseluruhan, RPP guru sudah memenuhi komponen yang tertera pada Permendikbud No. 22 Tahun 2016. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berlangsung melalui tiga kegiatan, yaitu pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup. Pada bagian pendahuluan di kelas IX-a dan IX-b, kegiatan yang luput dari perhatian guru adalah tidak menyampaikan IPK dan KKM yang jelas. Pada bagian kompetensi inti di kelas IX-a dan IX-b, kegiatan yang luput dari perhatian guru adalah tidak menyiapkan buku penunjang lainnya yang berkaitan dengan materi dan guru juga tidak menyampaikan secara rinci petunjuk pengerjaan LKPD kepada siswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penutup di kelas IX-a dan IX-b sudah sesuai dengan RPP. Evaluasi hasil pembelajaran yang diperoleh siswa kelas IX-a dan IX-b adalah B dan nilai pengetahuan yang diperoleh siswa kelas IX-a dan IX-b dengan nilai tertinggi 100 dan terendah 75. Penilaian tersebut dilaksanakan sesuai dengan instrumen penilaian yang ada di dalam RPP

Abstract

Speaking skills are students' ability to achieve meaning through words about students' ideas and feelings. As for teaching Arabic is not an easy thing, the teacher needs the right method so that students can understand it easily. This study aims to determine the steps of learning speaking skills using the IEQIE method based on the Communicative Approach and Permissive Approach and to determine the effectiveness of the IEQIE method based on the Communicative Approach and Permissive Approach. To collect data, the researcher validated the feasibility of the questions to be used, the pre-test and post-test, as well as a questionnaire for students. The population in this study were all students for the 2022-2023 school year at MTsN 2 Aceh Timur, totaling 328 students spread over 20 classes. The researcher took as a sample, namely students in grades 2(a) and 2(b), which totaled 51 students. The results of research on the development of learning speaking skills using the IEQIE method based on the Communicative Approach and the Permissive Approach are effective with the T-test. On the Arabic speaking test in the form of a conversation, the result is (7.697) and the test on students' ability to answer questions related to the material being discussed is obtained (17.287), and the significance level (Sig.) 0.05 > 000). The student response was good in teaching speaking skills by developing the IEQIE method, getting a result of 88%, meaning very good.
