Abstract

The prevalence of early marriage in Bojonegoro has led to the implementation of Regent’s Regulation Number 19 of 2023, which aims to provide incentives for prospective brides. Bojonegoro Regency is positioned as the 9th highest in terms of marriage dispensation cases in East Java Province. Hence, this study seeks to determine the efficacy of implementing the regent's laws in relation to the principles of legal effectiveness and the field of ma'anil hadith. This study employs empirical legal research methodology to assess the restrictions set by the regent, utilizing the theory of legal efficacy. Additionally, it utilizes the theory of ma'anail hadith science to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the hadith. The findings of this study establish that the restrictions implemented by the regent are deemed effective in terms of legal compliance, law enforcement, provision of facilities, societal impacts, and cultural aspects. The comprehension of the hadith concerning the Prophet PBUH marriage to Sayyidah 'Aisyah ra does not contradict the laws and regulations set by the Bojonegoro regent in establishing the age restriction for marriage that qualifies for incentives for both the bride and groom. Other hadiths elucidate the prerequisites for marriage, namely pertaining to religious, physical, financial, and social development. This research highlights the importance for other regional governments to implement policies similar to those implemented by the Regent of Bojonegoro. These policies have been demonstrated to be beneficial and in accordance with Islamic law in reducing the prevalence of early weddings, which have detrimental effects on the couples involved.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, kebutuhan akan sumber energi alternatif semakin mendesak karena keterbatasan bahan bakar fosil. Energi matahari menjadi salah satu solusi potensial karena sifatnya yang melimpah, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan. Panel surya, yang mengubah energi matahari menjadi listrik, masih memiliki efisiensi rendah, sehingga perlu teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan mengimplementasikan sistem tracking dual axis pada panel surya 50 Wp, guna membandingkan daya dan efisiensi yang dihasilkan dengan sistem non-tracking. Penelitian dilakukan melalui dua tahapan, yaitu perancangan sistem dan pengujian. Pada sistem tracking, panel surya dilengkapi sensor cahaya yang mengarahkan panel mengikuti posisi matahari secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panel dengan sistem tracking menghasilkan daya rata-rata 4,28 Watt, lebih besar dibandingkan panel statis yang hanya 3,91 Watt. Efisiensi panel tracking juga lebih tinggi, dengan rata-rata 17,19%, dibandingkan efisiensi panel statis sebesar 14,27%. Ini membuktikan bahwa sistem tracking dual axis lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja panel surya, menghasilkan daya dan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan sistem statis

Abstract

This research originates from the researcher’s concern about the state of religious moderation in the digital space, despite the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia having emphasized the discourse on religious moderation since 2019. However, the actualization of this discourse has not been fully realized, especially on social media. The research examines this shortcoming by exploring the role of "Social Media Kyai (Medsos)" in creating counter-narratives against extremist Islamic groups in the digital space. The goal of this research is to map the extent of the contestation of religious moderation and to analyze the contribution of "Kyai Medsos" in addressing the issue of religious moderation in the digital space. The methodology used in this study is library research, with the collected data analyzed through a content analysis approach. The findings are: 1) The contestation between "Kyai Medsos" and extremist Islamic groups is reflected in debates over the relationship between Islam and the State. 2) The contribution of "Kyai Medsos" in addressing the issue of religious moderation in the digital space is by mainstreaming moderate (positive) content in the digital space. The conclusion of this research suggests that netizens need to understand and filter information from social media to ensure that religious moderation in the digital space is genuinely maintained.
