Abstract

The article discusses the issues of the effectiveness of investment projects, and their assessment when introducing innovations into the process. As you know, innovations, both domestic and foreign, allow you to first create the prerequisites for stabilizing the situation in the country's economy, and then for a radical increase in its efficiency. That is why the theoretical substantiation of the conceptual approach, the development of practical recommendations for solving problems, and strategies for the innovative development of industries are becoming an important factor in progress and, therefore, very relevant and significant research for practice. The efficiency of investment projects is analyzed based on the goals of the industry, methods are used and a calculation is given to increase the efficiency of implemented projects in the industry. In this regard, it is necessary to note the particular importance of timely identification and systematic use of reserves for the implementation of innovative activities, as well as for increasing innovative activity to achieve more efficient further activities of industries.

Abstract

This paper deeply analyses the latest strategies for enhancing the management system of higher education institutions. This study sets out the importance of the management system of higher education institutions (HEIs); (b) states the leading-edge strategies for modernizing the management system of HEIs; (c) calls attention to changing the mindset of the university pedagogical staff and leaders and using broader methods in reforming management system of HEIs; (d) suggests further approaches for superior academic outcomes. This study gathered data through field trip HEIs observations, interviewing HEIs rectors, lecturers, and university staff, and analyzing available data. The qualitative research findings reveal dissatisfaction with the present strategies and leading to poor academic achievements in the HEIs of Uzbekistan. Meanwhile, within the framework of the article, based on the methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, and deduction, the main features and elements of the university management system, as well as current approaches to the management of a modern university, will be studied. Found data shows that improper infrastructure of government expenditure on education, low salary, and limited quota in pedagogical universities lead to a shortage of teachers and poor academic achievements.

Abstract

This review article explores the remarkable evolution of Singapore's education system, which has been meticulously developed over the past four and a half decades. This system has not only achieved exceptional efficiency but has also garnered global acclaim. A testament to its success is the consistently outstanding performance of Singaporean students in international assessments, in which they frequently outperform their peers from other advanced nations. Singapore's education system is a journey of meticulous crafting from its nascent stages to its current state of excellence. This article examines the various phases of development that have shaped Singapore's educational landscape. A critical aspect of this transformation is the high-quality functioning of educational institutions that are seamlessly integrated into the nation's economic framework. This integration has resulted in an education system that is both compact and robust, thus effectively contributing to Singapore's socioeconomic development. The focal point of this study is the unique administrative and management strategies employed within the Singaporean educational system. These strategies have been instrumental in driving the system towards excellence. The insights presented in this article are drawn from the findings of a 2023 working visit by the administrative delegation of Tashkent State University of Economics to Singapore. Through this visit, the delegation gleaned valuable observations and lessons from Singapore's education model. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of these findings, offering a detailed examination of the elements that constitute Singapore's educational prowess.

Abstract

In the context of the modernization of modern education, practical teachers strive for independence in the choice of teaching aids, in particular, foreign languages (FL), for a creative rethinking of the content of education and increasingly resort to the use of modern methods and information technologies in the learning process. The processes of global informatization of all spheres of public life are developing in the world community. The level of information technology development and its pace depends on the state of the economy, the quality of life of people, national security, and the role of the state in the world community. In all developed countries and many developing countries, there are intensive processes of informatization of education.
