Abstract

In this community service discuss about marketing digital to increase productivity in society. So far, the world of marketing has only been known conventionally, with developments in the world of technology today, it is time for products to be marketed in a professional manner.digital or online. LPPM Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy in collaboration with the Imogiri Bantul Yogyakarta sub-district government carried out community service centered in the Trukan Sriharjo Imogiri Bantul hamlet, Yogyakarta. The purpose of this community service is to provide digital marketing training to business actors in the community. From this program it was concluded that the Trukan Sriharjo Imogiri Bantul Yogyakarta community had practiced it digital marketing although there are still some players who market their business products conventionally in nearby markets. With this program, it adds to the knowledge of the community in the worlddigital marketng even though it is still simple in nature through the application whatapp. Obstacles in this community service program are the lack of socialization and limited facilities and infrastructure when this training is carried out.

Abstract

Education is an important component in determining the success of the educational process and one of the factors in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Quality education is the hope and dream of society. The current rapid level of development demands increasingly higher availability of human resources. Thus, adequate quality and output is something that must be produced by vocational high schools as educational units whose basic aim is to prepare quality people both intellectually and for their role in community life. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research subjects were school principals, head of curriculum, teachers and heads of study programs in the pharmacy department. The data collection techniques used are the interview method, observation method, and documentation method, from which primary and secondary data will be obtained which will then be analyzed together to draw conclusions. Based on the results of research that the author has conducted, it can be concluded that the quality of education at Muhammadiyah Minggir Vocational School in supporting the learning process is quite good. However, the management of the quality of education in these schools has not been realized properly, as efforts have not been optimal to support the effectiveness of the learning process and the lack of funding for teachers to improve their competence. The obstacles experienced are the lack of human resources in the administration and infrastructure fields as well as the funds coming in for the procurement process and infrastructure management process which are still slow.

Abstract

Laboratory management is an important component in determining the success of the educational process and one of the factors in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The importance of computer laboratory management makes every educational institution make maximum efforts to meet computer laboratory management standards to improve the quality of the learning process.This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The subjects of the study were the principal, the head of the sarpras section and the head of the computer laboratory. The data collection techniques used are interview methods, observation methods, and documentation methods, which will later be obtained primary and secondary data to be analyzed together for conclusions. Based on the results of the research that the author has done, it can be concluded that the management of the computer laboratory at SMK Islam Moyudan in supporting the learning process is quite good. However, some computer laboratory management has not been realized, including in the process of planning, organizing, maintaining, and supervising computer laboratory infrastructure. The obstacles experienced are the lack of human resources in the field of administration and infrastructure as well as incoming funds for the procurement process and infrastructure management process that is still slow.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat yang kompleks dan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut adanya kegiatan-kegiatan administrasi yang selalu tersimpan dengan baik dan benar serta dengan pencapaian yang dilakukan oleh banyak pihak. Administrasi organisasi dapat digunakan untuk membantu pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan dan mencapai tujuan tertentu melalui kerjasama dengan orang lain. Dalam pelaporan kegiatan Administrasi Organisasi Masyarakat menggunakan komunikasi secara langsung. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kegiatan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan karang taruna terhadap administrasi organisasi. Kegiatan dimulai dari proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepegawaian, pengarahan, pengawasan dan penganggaran dalam organisasi karang taruna. Evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan berkelanjutan sampai pihak karang taruna mampu memahami proses dan mampu melakukan kegiatan administasi organisasi dengan baik, benar, cepat, lengkap efektif dan efisien dalam mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.

The data collection techniques used are the interview method, observation method, and documentation method, which will later obtain primary and secondary data to be analyzed together to draw conclusions. Based on the results of the research that the author has done, it can be concluded that classroom management at SMK Islam Moyudan in supporting the learning process is quite good. However, some classroom management has not been realized, among others, in the process of planning, organizing, maintaining, and supervising classroom infrastructure. The obstacles experienced are the lack of human resources in the field of administration and infrastructure as well as incoming funds for the procurement facility process and the slow infrastructure
