Abstract

College students, as a dynamic group developing their identity, are often the first to adopt new habits and styles. Therefore, it is important to know how students assess halal products and to what extent students avoid banned products. This research aims to determine students' knowledge about halal literacy and preferences for boycotted products. The results of the research show that the majority of KH University students. A. Wahab Hasbullah understands halal literacy, students look at halal products before consuming them and the majority of students are in the category of rarely consuming products that are considered boycotted. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods.

Abstract

Abstrak Kepuasan konsumen terhadap penerapan akad ba’i istishna’ pada bidang jasa dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan maupun untuk meningkatkan profit bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripskikan penerapan akad ba’i istishna’ dan strategi meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen serta untuk menganalisis kepuasan konsumen terhadap jasa penjahitan di Anas Taylor jombang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berjenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, paparan data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yaitu dengan triangulasi metode, sumber dan teori. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemesanan pakaian di Anas Taylor sudah sesuai dengan syarat dan rukun akad ba’i istishna’ yang tertulis pada Fatwa DSN - MUI No. 6/DSN-MUI/VI/2000, dengan bukti adanya kontrak, kesesuaian pesanan dan khiyar berbentuk perbaikan jika terjadi ketidaksesuaian pesanan. Strategi yang digunakan Anas Taylor dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen yaitu menjaga kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan, menjaga harga agar tetap terjangkau, serta memberikan kemudahan dalam memperoleh barang yang diinginkan. Kepuasan konsumen Anas Taylor diketahui melalui repeat order dari konsumen, upaya  pelayanan terbaik terhadap komplain, pemilihan kualitas kain terbaik serta penyesuaian model pakaian sesuai perkembangan zaman. Kata Kunci: Akad ba’i istishna’, Fashion halal, Kepuasan konsumen   Abstract Customer satisfaction with the application of ba'i istishna' contracts in the service sector is needed to increase the number of customers and to increase business profits. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of ba'i istishna' contracts and strategies to increase customer satisfaction, as well as to analyze customer satisfaction with tailoring services at Anas Taylor Jombang. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using triangulation of methods, sources, and theories. The results of this study indicate that clothing orders at Anas Taylor are in accordance with the terms and conditions of the ba'i istishna' contract as stated in Fatwa DSN - MUI No. 6/DSN-MUI/VI/2000. This is mainly due to the existence of a contract, order conformity, and the option of repair in the event of order non-conformity. The strategies used by Anas Taylor to increase customer satisfaction include maintaining product quality, service quality, keeping prices affordable, and providing convenience in obtaining the desired items. Customer satisfaction at Anas Taylor is evident through repeat orders from customers, efforts to provide the best service in response to complaints, the best fabric quality, and the ability to adapt clothing styles to current trends.
