Abstract

The performance assessment process for teachers at SMK Bina Sarana Cendikia Bandung currently still using Microsoft Excel. However, this application serves solely as a calculation tool without storing teacher data. Additionally, teacher data input is still carried out with the assistance of Excel functions. This results in difficulties in finding teacher data when needed, leading to reduced effectiveness, efficiency, and an increased risk of human error. The use of this application also does not guarantee accurate results. As a solution, it is proposed to develop Performance Assessment System to Support Decision Making. This system applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to select teachers with the best performance based on predefined criteria. The development of this system will employ the Waterfall method. Subsequently, testing will be conducted using the Black Box method, resulting in 100% validity. It is expected that this system will assist in processing teacher performance assessment results, determining the best-performing teachers, and providing relevant decisions for teachers Proses penilaian kinerja untuk guru pada SMK Bina Sarana Cendikia Bandung saat ini masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Namun, aplikasi ini hanya sebagai alat perhitungan tanpa menampung data Guru. Selain itu, input data Guru masih dilakukan dengan bantuan fungsi Excel. Hal ini mengakibatkan kesulitan mencari data Guru saat diperlukan, berdampak kurang efektif, efisien, serta meningkatkan risiko Human Error. Penggunaan aplikasi ini juga belum menjamin hasil yang didapat akurat. Sebagai solusi, maka diusulkan untuk membangun Sistem Penilaian Kinerja Untuk Mendukung Keputusan. Sistem ini menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang dapat menyeleksi Guru dengan kinerja terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Kemudian, pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black Box, menghasilkan 100% valid. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu dalam mengolah hasil perhitungan penilaian kinerja Guru, menentukan Guru yang memiliki kinerja terbaik serta memberikan keputusan yang relevan untuk Guru.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a website-based tour package booking system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the reservation process at “Ngetour” Organizer, which currently relies on conventional methods. At present, customers must place bookings through WhatsApp, and all reservation data are recorded manually by the admin. This approach is considered less efficient, particularly when the number of participants increases, as it is prone to human error, data duplication, and mismatched information. Such limitations may affect service quality and overall business performance.To address these issues, a web-based information system is designed to streamline the reservation process and support better business management. The system enables customers to browse tour packages, submit bookings, and complete payments more conveniently, while allowing administrators to manage orders and monitor transactions in a structured and organized manner. The development process applies the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology to ensure faster and more flexible system creation. The application is built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database.
