Abstract

This study aims to develop student activity sheets (LKPD) for effective beginning reading for grade 1 students at Janti Public Elementary School. The development method used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Needs analysis is carried out to understand the challenges and needs of students in learning to read beginning. Based on this analysis, LKPD was developed taking into account appropriate learning approaches and a variety of activities that support conceptual understanding and learning differentiation. LKPD was then implemented in class 1 learning at Janti State Elementary School. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and evaluation tests. The collected data were analyzed by qualitative description. the results of the study show that the use of LKPD in early reading learning can increase student engagement, conceptual understanding, and reading skills. Students show higher interest and motivation in learning by using LKPD. In addition, the variety of activities in LKPD helps facilitate independent learning and differentiation of learning to meet the individual needs of students.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the development of LKPD as a media for learning early reading has the potential to increase the effectiveness of learning and reading skills of grade 1 students. This research makes a practical contribution in developing learning strategies that suit the needs of students in learning to read beginning. The implication of this research is the importance of paying attention to the design and development of appropriate worksheets to facilitate effective early reading learning at the 1st grade level of elementary school.

Abstract

Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi membaca permulaan yang efektif untuk peserta didik kelas 1 di SDN Janti. Model ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi) digunakan dalam pengembangan ini. Untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dan tuntutan peserta didik pada tahap awal pembelajaran membaca permulaan, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan. Berdasarkan kajian ini, LKPD dirancang dengan metodologi pembelajaran yang tepat dan berbagai kegiatan yang membantu pemahaman konsep dan diferensiasi pembelajaran dalam pikiran. LKPD kemudian digunakan pada pembelajaran kelas 1 SD Negeri Janti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan hasil evaluasi saat pembelajaran. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskripsi kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik, pemahaman konseptual, dan keterampilan membaca permulaan. Penggunaan LKPD meningkatkan minat dan keinginan peserta didik dalam belajar. Selain itu, rangkaian kegiatan di LKPD mendorong pembelajaran mandiri dan diferensiasi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap individu. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan LKPD sebagai media pembelajaran membaca permulaan diterima dengan baik oleh guru dan peserta didik serta berpotensi meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas 1 SDN 1 Janti. Perlunya memperhatikan desain dan pembuatan LKPD yang tepat untuk memungkinkan pembelajaran membaca permulaan yang efektif di kelas 1 sekolah dasar merupakan implikasi dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

One of Malang's top libraries, Muhammadiyah Elementary School No. 4 Library offers excellent facilities, infrastructure, and a range of literacy-boosting programs. The goal of this study is to determine how Muhammadiyah Elementary School No. 4's library contributes to children' increased literacy in the current digital era. The study's technique was qualitative. To gather information about the study subject and study objects in the field, the researcher employed observation, interviewing, and documenting techniques. The chief librarian and the research documents were the study's topics and objects. The chief librarian's interview served as the major data source, while the results of the observation and documentation research served as the secondary data source. The outcomes of the results of the survey analysis showed that both the volume of books checked out and the number of library visitors are not constant. However, it was discovered through the numerous activities carried out by the library that the function of the library in raising the literacy rate of Malang Muhammadiyah Elementary School fourth grade pupils is entirely doable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a project-based learning activity sheet (PBLA) to reinforce the learning of content related to the construction of plane figures in mathematics classes. The study was conducted in Gianti Sidoarjo's Class IV SDN 1 with a sample of 10 students. The ADDIE model was used as the design method. The validators of the study were experts in teaching materials and LCAP. The data collected were qualitative and quantitative. Observation, interview, questionnaire, survey, and documentation methods were used to collect data. Pre-tests and post-tests were administered in the sample class. The analysis of the data yielded the following data: (1) the results of the material test were good (70.0%); (2) the results of the LCAP test were good (80.75%); (3) according to the responses to the questionnaire, the appearance, motivational qualities, and usefulness in the learning process were acceptable for all students; (4) the learning results were good (0.8). Thus, the conclusion of this study is that the Project-Based Learning Activity Sheet (PBLA) is highly rated, suitable as teaching material for SR Class IV, and furthermore, can improve students' learning outcomes.
