Abstract

Lebak Petai is a place for fishing by fishermen and auction holders. A continuous fishing system can affect the diversity of fish in these waters. The aims of this research was to identify the type of fish, length and weight of the fish, analyze the species diversity index, uniformity index, relative abundance, dominance and water quality. This research was carried out from July to September 2021. Sampling took place in Lebak Petai, Pedamaran sub-district, Ogan Komering Ilir district, using three sampling stations. The results of the research showed that there were 530 types of fish caught in Lebak Petai, consisting of 13 types of fish belonging to 9 families. The largest fish in length and weight was the Barbonymus schwanenfeldii fish, namely 12-25.5 in length and 21.11- 188.92 in weight, while the lowest fish was the Elops mchnata fish, namely 9-10.5 in length and 5.58-8.5 in weight. The diversity index was classified as medium, namely 2.33-2.51, the uniformity index was classified as uneven, namely 0.92-0.98, the highest relative abundance in Lebak Petai is Trichogaster pectoralis, and there was no dominant fish, namely between 0.9-0.11. The water quality during the research in Lebak Petai, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency was still within a suitable range for fish life.

Abstract

Keadilan menjadi pijakan utama dalam ajaran Islam, salah satunya tampak dalam QS. Al Baqarah ayat 178 yang mengatur prinsip qishās dan alternatif maaf atau diyat. Ayat ini menegaskan kesetaraan hukum dan pembatasan pembalasan untuk mencegah ketidakadilan. Penelitian ini membandingkan dua pendekatan pemikiran besar dalam memahami makna keadilan tersebut: hermeneutika kontekstual Fazlur Rahman dan fondasionalisme normatif Al  Ghazali. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan analisis kualitatif komparatif. Pertama, dijelaskan prinsip hermeneutika gerakan ganda Rahman yang menelaah konteks historis dan kemudian menggeneralisasi prinsip universal untuk relevansi masa kini, termasuk fleksibilitas penerapan qishās, penekanan pada maaf dan diyat, serta rasionalisasi hukum. Kedua, diuraikan fondasionalisme Al Ghazali melalui kerangka maqāṣid al‑syarī‘ah, khususnya prinsip menjaga jiwa sebagai dasar hukum qishās, serta hierarki darūriyyāt, ḥājiyyāt, dan taḥsīniyyāt yang menegaskan landasan normatif dan spiritual Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Rahman menekankan kontekstualisasi dan adaptasi untuk menciptakan keadilan yang relevan dengan dinamika modern, sementara Al Ghazali menegaskan kepedulian pada tujuan dasar syariat yang tetap kokoh sebagai pijakan moral dan hukum. Perbandingan ini memberikan gambaran keragaman interpretasi keadilan dalam Islam dan implikasinya bagi pengembangan pemikiran hukum serta praktik sosial kontemporer.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance of an ESP32 and MQTT-based IoT system for real-time humidity monitoring and regulation within a container. The system is developed by integrating a DHT22 sensor, relay module, and exhaust fan. Using a quantitative approach, this research measures system performance parameters, including sampling interval, Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), and latency. The test results show an average sampling interval of 20.16 seconds with a 0.8% deviation from the ideal value. The achieved PDR level is 99.2%, with an average system latency of 725 ms. Based on the test results, the exhaust fan is capable of automatically reducing humidity when the sensor detects values above the 65% set point. Overall, the system demonstrates good reliability in maintaining stable data transmission and providing rapid control responses via the Virtuino IoT interface.

Abstract

This study discusses the editing of digital texts of pesantren manuscripts as an effort to preserve the Islamic intellectual heritage of the Indonesian archipelago, a heritage of considerable historical, cultural, and academic value. Pesantren manuscripts are largely written in Arabic, Pegon, and Jawi scripts on aging paper media, so many of them are physically fragile, with faded ink and torn or illegible pages, making systematic digital editing an urgent scholarly task. Using a descriptive qualitative approach within a digital-philology framework, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study, and were analyzed through description of the manuscript, textual criticism, transcription, and text editing, with validity secured through source, technique, and time triangulation as well as member checking. The findings show that the editing process comprises manuscript inventory and description, digitization, transliteration and transcription from Arabic-Malay/Pegon script into Latin script, textual criticism, language and spelling editing, structural organization, technical editing, and verification/validation, so that the resulting text becomes clearer, easier to read, and remains authentic to the source. The study further emphasizes fidelity to the original manuscript, careful recording of textual variants and marginal notes, and verification of Qur'anic, hadith, and scholarly references to safeguard scholarly validity. Thus, digital editing of pesantren manuscripts is not merely a technical task but also a strategy for preserving scholarly tradition and the historical identity of the pesantren for future generations.
