Abstract

This studyaims to determine the effect of the quality of outpatient registration services on BPJS patient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Umum Avisena Cimahi. The research method used by the author is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques: validity test, reliability test, Spearman rank correlation test and coefficient of determination test. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study with the research subjects werepatienst or their families who were waiting for the outpatient registration queue at Rumah Sakit Umum Avisena Cimahi. The result showed that the effect of the quality of outpatient registration services on BPJS patient satisfaction, namely the large influence of the service quality variable on patient satisfaction was 61,1% and the rest was influenced by other factors of 38,9%. The problems found from the results of the study are (1) registration officiers are only 1-2 people at 06.00 – 08.00 (2) The Average outpatient registration service for each patient is 3-5 minutes (3) There is no special place for registration of inpatient and emergency rooms. The author gives suggenstions from these problems, namely (1) Registration officer at 06.00 – 08.00 to 3 people (2) To disseminate an easy way to register online through the RSU Avisena application (3) To hold a special place for registration of inpatient and emergency rooms.

Abstract

This study aims to provide insight to TB patients in the polyclinic area of the Bandung Muhammadiyah Hospital about the factors that influence TB patients' awareness and behavior towards mask use, as well as emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach to TB management to reduce its spread and improve public health. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, while the data collection technique is by means of questionnaires and interviews with TB patients visiting the polyclinic. In this study, researchers found problems in terms of using masks to prevent the spread of TB disease such as: (1) Lack of patient habits using masks (2) Patient ignorance of the use of masks (3) Lack of education from doctors / nurses on the use of masks to patients. Based on the problems that occur above, the researcher tries to provide the following suggestions: (1) Hospitals must provide education to patients to use masks such as making campaign events in the polyclinic area so that patients know the importance of using masks for themselves (2) Make banners or make video documentaries about how crucial the use of masks is to prevent disease transmission (3) Doctors / nurses must always tell patients to always use masks, especially in the polyclinic area and always urge TB patients if they do not use masks, they will be vulnerable to transmitting TB disease.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the systematics of Health Promotion Management in Hospitals on the effectiveness of the performance of Hospital Health Promotion Services. By conducting studies, planning, implementation and evaluation as well as monitoring to measure the success of PKRS activities in accordance with the rules of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Hospital Health Promotion (PKRS). The research method used is Qualitative Descriptive with the data collection used is making questionnaires, and observations because they have close relevance to the problem. The results after collecting 20 respondents using the Pre Test revealed that the average score was 5.6 out of 100, which can be concluded that the knowledge of the hospital community is still minimal about the awareness of maintaining health with the Cerdik method and early examination of SADARI. After counseling and counseling activities with the same 20 respondents, it was seen that the increase in the number of community knowledge with an average score of 8.7 out of 100 was seen. The findings of this study show that the hospital health promotion management system has an impact on the effectiveness of educational services at Al Ihsan Hospital, West Java Province.
