Abstract

Quarter Life Crisis is a person entering adulthood who constantly questions the future, is confused when facing problems, and thinks a lot about the past to see whether his current life is in accordance with the life he dreams of. This crisis often occurs in their 20s and often occurs in people who are in the transition period from education to the next career level, which is usually called early adulthood. Research also shows that the Quarter-life Crisis tends to make it difficult to find life goals and things. This has an impact on mental health such as anxiety, depression and decreased psychological well-being. The method used is a literature study by examining relevant journal articles with keywords. The purpose of this article is to determine the impact of the quarter life crisis on the mental health of early adults. Based on the results Research shows that there is a negative impact of the quarter life crisis on mental health in early adulthood.

Abstract

Metode multisensori dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam pembelajaran anak disleksia.Artikel ini menggunakan metode literature riview, yang berkaitan dengan multisensori dalam pembelajaran anak disleksia di tingkat Sekolah Dasar,yang menggunakan beberapa indera sekaligus, seperti visual,audio,kinestetik,dan taktil.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode multisensori dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar ,keterlibatan, dan kinerja akademik anak disleksia.Oleh karena itu,metode multisensori dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar anak disleksia.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif bagi anak disleksia. Sehingga dapat mengatasi kesulitan belajar dan meningkatkan kemampuan akademis mereka dan memberikan pedoman penting bagi pendidik dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk anak disleksia, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bagi mereka di Sekolah Dasar. Multisensory methods can be an effective approach in the learning of dyslexic children.This article uses the literature review method, which relates to multisensory in the learning of dyslexic children at the primary school level, which uses several senses at once, such as visual, audio, kinesthetic, and tactile.The results show that multisensory methods can increase learning motivation, engagement, and academic performance of dyslexic children.Therefore, multisensory methods can be a solution in overcoming learning difficulties for dyslexic children.The purpose of this study is to provide an effective learning approach for dyslexic children. The purpose of this study is to provide an effective learning approach for dyslexic children to overcome their learning difficulties and improve their academic performance and to provide important guidelines for educators in designing appropriate learning strategies for dyslexic children, so as to improve the quality of learning for them in primary schools.

Abstract

Quarterlife crisis is a phenomenon commonly experienced by individuals in the transition from adolescence to adulthood, characterized by uncertainty in career, social relationships, and life goals. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing quarterlife crisis among young adults and its impact on psychological well-being. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study sample consists of 200 respondents aged 18-30 years, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire that includes a quarterlife crisis scale and a psychological well-being scale based on Ryff's model. The results indicate that most respondents experience a moderate to high level of quarter life crisis, particularly those in the early stages of their careers. Additionally, a significant negative relationship was found between quarter life crisis and psychological well-being, specifically in terms of self-acceptance and life purpose. These findings suggest that quarterlife crisis can lower psychological well-being but may also serve as an opportunity for personal growth if managed properly. The implications of this study highlight the importance of psychological and social support in helping individuals navigate quarter life crisis to enhance their psychological well-being. Future research is recommended to expand the sample scope and explore more effective intervention strategies for managing quarter life crisis.
