Abstract

MSTB-01 is part of the discovery spread in the eastern region of the Malacca Strait, which is in the inland onshore area in the Ringgit area and the surface conditions are marshy. The purpose of planning the ginset shelter is to help reduce the level of noise and noise pollution that can disturb the environment and also in an effort to assist the MSTB field development program. Data processing method using Staad Pro and manual calculation. The main column design uses steel profile H 350 x 175 x 7 x 11, column grating design uses steel profile C 125 x 65 x 6, main beam design uses steel profile H 200 x 100 x 5.5 x 8, beam rafter design uses steel profile H 200 x 200 x 8 x 12, The design of the beam foundation uses H 400 x 200 x 9 x 12 steel profiles, the design of the reinforcement / frame uses 2L 45 x 45 x 4 steel profiles, and the planning of the H 350 x 175 x 7 x 11 column connection with the base plate uses bolts with a plan diameter of 30 mm and a plate thickness of 20 mm, and a weld foot thickness of 3.5 cm and anchor length of 550 mm. Keywords: MSTB, Shelter, Staad ProV22, Steel Profile

Abstract

Planning for the Upper Structure of the MTsN III School Building in Pasaman Regency aims to have a building with good capacity and quality that meets the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). This plan plans the construction of a building structure to achieve a plan that is strong, safe, and fulfills the requirements set out in the regulations that apply to building structure planning. The Planning of the Upper Structure of the MTsN III School Building in Pasaman District was a preliminary design using SAP2000. Loads that are input into SAP2000 are dead loads, live loads, building's own weight, earthquake loads. From the preliminary design results, the results obtained are beam reinforcement (B1) size 30 x 50 with concrete quality 250 MPa, steel quality 420 Mp, reinforcement used 18D19, beam (B2) size 25 x 40 with reinforcement used 16D19, column size 40 x 40 the reinforcement used is 12D19, the floor slab uses D10 reinforcement with a floor plate thickness of 13 cm, stirrup reinforcement D10, the thickness of the concrete cover is 40 mm. From the planning above, it can be concluded that it has fulfilled the terms and conditions in Indonesian regulations and standards.Keywords: Structure of Beams, Columns, Floor Slabs, Loading, Reinforcement.

Abstract

Kondisi ruas jalan SP III Benai – Kampung Tongah Kecamatan Mapat Tunggul  Kabupaten Pasaman saat ini masih jauh dari kata layak. Ruas jalan ini  mempunyai lebar 3 meter yang telah dilalui kendaraan dengan pembukaan jalur badan jalan sampai daerah milik jalan adalah rata-rata 6 meter. Ruas jalan SP III Benai – Kampung Tongah Kecamatan Mapat Tunggul  Kabupaten Pasaman merupakan jalan penghubung antar nagari di Kecamatan Mapat Tunggul. Jalan ini juga merupakan jalan alternatif dari Kabupaten Pasaman menuju Provinsi Riau. Ruas jalan eksisting berupa perkerasan lapen bahkan ada yang masih tanah, dengan panjang jalan yang rusak mencapai 6,5 km. Kerusakan jalan disebabkan salah satunya karena jalan tidak mempunyai drainase, sehingga di saat hujan sering terjadi luapan air ke badan jalan yang disertai longsor di ruas jalan ini. Kerusakan jalan yang terjadi menghambat aktivitas kendaraan yang melewati jalan. Pengambilan judul ini bertujuan untuk menghitung tebal perkerasan lentur (Flexible Pavement) dengan menggunakan metode MDPJ 2017 dan Metode Analisa Komponen 1987. Perhitungan untuk perkerasan jalan ini diawali dengan menghitung data tanah, menghitung lalu lintas kendaraan, dan menghitung tebal perkerasan untuk masing-masing metode yang digunakan. Untuk MDPJ 2017 didapat lapisan AC WC 40 mm, AC BC 60 mm, AC Base 0 mm, LPA Kelas A 400 mm. Metode analisa komponen 1987 didapat laston 50 mm, batu pecah kelas A 200 mm, dan sirtu kelas A 100 mm.Kata Kunci : Perkerasan Lentur, MDPJ 2017, MAK 1987, Perkerasan Jalan, Flexible Pavement

Abstract

In planning the superstructure of central surgical installation RSUD house in the city of Padang Panjang, This building is used as a place to accommodate patients, rooms for doctors and nurses and a place to perform surgical operations. In the formulation of the problem for the construction of this RSUD, the researcher only draws details according to the calculation of the dimensions of the columns, beams, plate thickness and reinforcement design. The method used is preliminary design, loading and modeling as well as structural analysis calculations. From the planning results, the main beam dimensions are 35 cm x 70 cm using lots of 7D16 reinforcement, B2 beam 25 cm x 40 cm lots of 4D19 reinforcement. Columns on the 1st ,2nd floor dimensions used 45 cm x 45 cm with lots of 12D19 bone. The floor slabs use plain steel reinforcement Ø10 - 150 mm for the top bottom with a floor plate thickness of 12 cm. The conclusion is to plan a building should be preceded by a feasibility study so that when carrying out structural calculations later can obtain satisfactory planning results both in terms of quality, cost and time. Keywords: SNI 2019, Structural Analysis, Earthquake Spectrum Response, Loading
