Abstract

The integration of Sharia principles into business management represents a burgeoning field of interest in both academic and practical realms. This paper delves into the multifaceted challenges and opportunities encountered in aligning business operations with Sharia mandates. Sharia, grounded in ethical imperatives, seeks to promote justice, transparency, and social welfare when applied to business practices. While the integration of Sharia principles is observed across Islamic economies and increasingly within Western contexts, challenges abound. These include regulatory barriers, market competition, lack of awareness, and interpretation difficulties, all requiring serious attention for successful implementation. Despite these challenges, embracing Sharia principles unveils substantial opportunities. It opens avenues for tapping into Islamic finance markets, enhances brand loyalty, and fosters improved stakeholder relationships. Moreover, it contributes to societal well-being by promoting ethical behavior and social responsibility. A comparative analysis, whether empirical or through literature review, offers insights into the effectiveness and acceptance of Sharia compliance in business management, guiding strategic decision-making for organizations seeking to blend profitability with ethical principles.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendalami peran strategis pendidikan Islam dalam menumbuhkan nilai perdamaian dan toleransi di tengah-tengah keragaman masyarakat multikultural. Mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif, kajian ini menelusuri pengaruh kurikulum dan strategi pengajaran dalam pendidikan Islam terhadap pembinaan sikap toleran dan pengertian lintas budaya. Penelitian ini mengarahkan lensanya pada sejumlah institusi pendidikan Islam yang, menguraikan berbagai metode yang diterapkan oleh para pendidik untuk menyemai nilai perdamaian dan hidup berdampingan secara harmonis. Temuan penelitian menandai bahwa pendidikan Islam berperan vital dalam menanamkan keterampilan interkultural, memupuk empati, serta menggalang kolaborasi, yang semuanya esensial untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang damai dan toleran. Kajian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya suatu kurikulum yang inklusif dan merangkul, yang mendukung dialog dan pertukaran pemahaman antarkomunal, sebagai kunci untuk memperkuat efektivitas pendidikan Islam dalam memajukan toleransi dan koeksistensi dalam keragaman. Selanjutnya, analisis ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pengembangan karakter individu tetapi juga memainkan peranan penting dalam memfasilitasi integrasi dan harmoni sosial. Dengan demikian, artikel ini menawarkan perspektif baru mengenai potensi pendidikan Islam sebagai pilar pendukung perdamaian dan toleransi, memperkaya wacana seputar pendidikan dalam konteks multikultural serta menawarkan arah baru untuk penelitian dan praktik pendidikan di masa depan.

Abstract

In the digital era, customer relationship management (CRM) has undergone a significant transformation with the advent of advanced technology that facilitates more effective interactions between companies and customers. Digital CRM allows companies to collect, analyze and utilize customer data in real-time, thereby offering a more personalized and relevant experience. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and predictive analytics have played an important role in optimizing CRM strategies. Through the use of chatbots, automated personalization, and data analysis, companies can increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Implementing digital CRM not only helps in understanding customer needs and preferences, but also enables companies to respond quickly and appropriately to changes in customer behavior. This study explores how digital technology has changed traditional CRM approaches and provided competitive advantages for companies. In addition, this research also highlights the challenges faced in implementing digital CRM, including issues of data privacy and information security. In conclusion, technology integration in CRM is the key to improving customer experience in the digital era, making interactions with customers more effective and efficient. Thus, companies that successfully adopt digital CRM can create stronger and more sustainable relationships with their customers.

Abstract

Employment sosial security is a basic right of workers/laborers whose fulfillment must be guaranteed by the state in order to realize the welfare of workers/laborers and their family members. In addition, sosial security as a sosial protection system not only reduces poverty but also protects people from falling into poverty (Haiyani, 2022). Indonesia already has Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Sosial Security System (UU 40/2004) and Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning Sosial Security Administering Bodies (UU 24/2011). One of the rights of workers is to get work accident insurance if they have an accident related to their work. However, what if the worker is exposed to COVID-19 at work? what if when you are hospitalized due to a work accident, you are exposed to COVID-19?. This paper is intended to analyze the need and different arrangements for the Obligations and Rights of workers in the event of having a work accident during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has not been regulated in Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Sosial Security Administering Body (Law No.24/2011), which is a public legal entity that has the authority as well as the obligation to implement employment social security. This research uses normative juridical research methods.Â
