Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics, identify and evaluate risk factors in retail SBN bonds ORI023 and ORI024 series in influencing the achievement of individual investment goals. this research method is qualitative and data collection techniques, data analysis techniques regarding the research conducted. The data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and literature studies sourced from relevant secondary data to be studied, namely in the form of stock market price data on the official yahoo finance web, scientific journals, and so on. The findings of this study indicate that the market value of ORI023 in the secondary market is Rp.998,289 and the initial market value of ORI024 is Rp. 1,000,000 which is the same as its nominal price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the methods used by an auditor to detect fraud effectively and to find out the factors that cause fraud. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, using secondary data literature studies, in the form of journals and articles. The data source in this study uses literature from research journals, related papers and articles. Sample selection is done by observing and analyzing various information related to research by collecting some relevant literature, which aims to integrate the findings with the same topic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of ownership structure, company characteristics, capital structure and management efficiency on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and the data collected is secondary data from independent and dependent variables. The data is taken from financial reports and annual reports as well as other internet sources on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, namely www.idx.co.id. The results of hypothesis testing show that 5 independent variables have a positive effect and 5 have a negative effect on the dependent variable, namely firm value.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan merupakan suatu ukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan rasio-rasio keuangan. Analisis kinerja keuangan secara umum dilakukan untuk menilai kinerja masa lalu dengan melakukan berbagai analisis untuk sampai pada suatu posisi keuangan yang menggambarkan kinerja aktual dan kinerja potensial entitas di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan daerah, ukuran pemerintah daerah, dana perimbangan dan belanja bantuan sosial terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah di Kota Surabaya tahun 2014-2023. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan pendekatan kausal, data yang dikumpulkan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah dan laporan realisasi anggaran serta pendapatan pemerintah daerah kota Surabaya tahun 2014-2023 dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 30.0 untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan daerah (X1) dan belanja bantuan sosial (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah (Y) sedangkan variabel ukuran pemerintah daerah dan dana perimbangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah (Y).
