The supply of raw materials is closely related to the number of requests for products produced and the amount of use of the amount of raw materials available to carry out the production process. During the process of shipping Pozzolan raw materials originating from Muaradua which is located in South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia where the delivery of raw materials must use goods transportation services via land transportation. The problems that occur during the delivery and mining of Pozzolan raw materials. Which if the rainy season can make it difficult for vendors to get Pozzolan raw materials in the mining area and also the slippery road to the mine site, making it difficult for trucks to carry out the process of transporting Pozzolan raw materials to PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This situation makes the supply of raw materials uncertain. While the inventory has been calculated safety stock, minimum inventory, maximum inventory. If this activity continues, it will hamper the Company in carrying out its production process activities and affect safety stock, minimum inventory and maximum inventory.

At first human resources were nothing but production factors, nowadays human resources are an important and very decisive factor in the implementation of the organization's vision and mission. In addition to the capital factor, human resources (HR) is one of the most important issues in a company/organization. Therefore, human resources must be managed properly to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. Human Resources (HR) is one of the most important factors and cannot be separated from both organizations and companies. HR is also the key to the development of a company. Basically HR in the form of people employed by an organization as actors, thinkers, and planners to achieve organizational goals. Quality is a very difficult concept to understand and agree on. The word quality currently has many different interpretations, cannot be defined individually and is very dependent on the context. In other words, the quality of an employee's work is a minimum standard that must be met so that the employee can carry out his work well.

The rapid growth of Indonesia's capital market shows the increasing awareness of investors about the importance of investing. An investment decision is based on intuition that is present in the individual based on experience, beliefs, and skills. This study aims to determine whether the understanding of financial literacy and the occurrence of overconfidence affect individual decisions to investation. The research based quantitative model by information all members of the KSPM (Capital Market Study Group) at Halu Oleo University who have been registered as capital market investors on the IDX as many as 40 people as research respondents. The information used is based on the results of online questionnaire response processing which is processed using multiple linear regression analysis.The study shows that financial literacy and overconfidence have a significant positive effect on investment decisions. It’s means that investment decisions occur because investors have good financial literacy and there is overconfidence as a belief that encourages individuals to invest.

Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor industri manufaktur. Proses pembuatan semen sendiri sebelum dijual dibagi menjadi 6 proses utama, yaitu penambangan batu kapur dan tanah liat, penghancuran, pencampuran material, pembakaran hingga menjadi clinker, penggilingan atau penghalusan dan terakhir adalah packing. Pada saat proses pengiriman bahan baku Pasir besi yang berasal dari luar daerah Palembang seperti daerah luar kota yaitu di daerah Lombok dan hal tersebut yang mendorong harus menggunakan jasa angkutan barang menggunakan kapal tongkang untuk mengirim barang ke Baturaja Sebanyak kurang lebih 7.500 ton pasir besi dalam sekali angkut menggunakan kapal tongkang, sebelum tiba di baturaja pasir besi tersebut akan tiba di pelabuhan pantai panjang yang selanjutnya akan diangkut kurang lebih 4000 ton pasir besi langsung menuju ke pabrik yang mana bahan baku tersebut akan di masukan ke dalam penyimpanan dan akan masuk ke dalam lantai produksi langsung. Dalam sehari pabrik memproduksi pasir besi kurang lebih 200-350 ton perhari. Di dapatkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat pengiriman bahan baku pasir besi salah satunya pada saat menggunakan kapal tongkang, pihak penyuplai tidak memiliki alat transportasi untuk mengirim bahan baku pasir besi situasi tersebut yang mendorong untuk mendapatkan alat trasportasi kapal tongkang menjadi tidak menentu selain permasalahan transportasi,permasalahan iklim yang tidak menentu juga harus diperhatikan, hal ini tidak dapat diramal dengan pasti. Maka dari itu dalam pengendalian pengadaan persediaan bahan baku pasir besi harus menentukan titik pemesanan kembali, stok pengaman, berapa jumlah yang harus dipesan karena jumlah barang yang terlalu banyak akan menyebabkan pemborosan dan menambah biaya untuk penyimpanan dan akan berpengaruh ke biaya persediaan namun jika terlalu sedikit produksi akan terhambat. Salah satu model persediaan yang paling banyak digunakan adalah model kuantitas pesanan ekonomis (Economic Order Quantity model). Metode EOQ berusaha mencapai tingkat persediaan seminimum mungkin, biaya rendah dan mutu yang lebih baik.
